Faulty
Terrible - the app has identified the devices so they’re connected to wifi but they don’t open or function and there is no one to complain to or any support to fix the issue. Emails go unanswered. Worst customer service ever.
Live listening in-op
Couldnt add device when it disappeared a couple of weeks ago. Did App update 1.4.2. Can now add device to app but live listening is not showing!

After the latest update (3 days ago), CamSC Pro no longer shows Local Network permission on iOS 26.6 (iPhone 13 Pro Max). All my Wi‑Fi audio adapters now fail with ‘connection error – check password is correct’ even though passwords and Wi‑Fi are correct. Worked perfectly before this update. Please fix iOS 26 compatibility urgently

Something wrong with server
Everything was working fine but now all three of my devices will not pair. They will still record but I can’t see them in my device list. There is something wrong with the server that hosts the app. They need to fix immediately.

This app is completely useless.
It doesn’t even let you download recordings to your phone or tablet.
When you play the audio, you can’t speed it up, pause it properly, or use any of the basic functions that even the simplest apps usually have.
Totally not recommended.

Please fix
All of a sudden, I can’t hear anything I mean it’s not coming on just going loading. I have a old home to run and I can’t hear anything. Can you please fix ASAP?
iCloud storage crashes
Tried to obtain iCloud storage but it just crashes - not good enough ! Very disappointing.

L’application fonctionne 15 secondes toutes les 5minutes. La sauvegarde des enregistrements ne fonctionne pas non plus. Bref rien ne fonctionne

When it works it’s good but most of the time I struggle to get the app to connect with the device, it’s really not worth the money.

Recording duration bug
When I set recording duration option on 30 min there is no way device record 30 min file. No matter option I set 5/10/30 min the recording file is always 5 min.
No longer works with iPhone
Can no longer preview recorded videos or download and watch recorded videos. As soon as you click a recorded video it closes the app. It will allow you to download a recording but you can’t watch it from either the alarm tab or the library tab. In both cases the app closes when you click on it. Please update.

Weary
I was not able to view recorded videos on my phone after updating this app. When I clicked on a link to report a problem it asked for my Apple ID. Why? Chinese company? I don’t trust it….
