Not easy to navigate, suddenly won’t configure after iOS update
Please fix
All of a sudden, I can’t hear anything I mean it’s not coming on just going loading. I have a old home to run and I can’t hear anything. Can you please fix ASAP?
iCloud storage crashes
Tried to obtain iCloud storage but it just crashes - not good enough ! Very disappointing.
Not worth the money
When it works it’s good but most of the time I struggle to get the app to connect with the device, it’s really not worth the money.
No longer works with iPhone
Can no longer preview recorded videos or download and watch recorded videos. As soon as you click a recorded video it closes the app. It will allow you to download a recording but you can’t watch it from either the alarm tab or the library tab. In both cases the app closes when you click on it. Please update.

Weary
I was not able to view recorded videos on my phone after updating this app. When I clicked on a link to report a problem it asked for my Apple ID. Why? Chinese company? I don’t trust it….
FIX IT!
Nothing works on the cloud and cannot access SD card from app. Have to use SD card reader. Real problem to an otherwise amazing device

L’application beug tout le temps c’est vraiment embêtant, tout fonctionne bien 1 ou 2 jours et apres ca ne fonctionne plus ca reste bloqué sur Ready et rien ca ne se connecte pas, il faut à chaque fois réinitialiser l’appareil et le reconnecter, ce qui est embêtant quand on est pas souvent sur place… j’ai prévenu le développeur mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour…

Hello Mr. Zou, Our camera is often offline for several months. And from 22/12/2023 il doesn’t work at all 😡 Could you please resolve the problem ?
Wi-Fi audio recording
This app works great on audio recorder device AR-01 and AR-02. Have used many devices at same time and so far no problems whatsoever

Can’t view alarm video footage over Wi-Fi since last update.
App broken after update
App has been working fine for several months, did exactly what was needed, but after the update no videos have been saving within the alarm section of the app. Checking the SD card manually the recordings were not saved on there either. Please fix!! 🙏

Since the last update, I have not been able to review or download the recordings on the SD card over wifi.
App doesn’t work.
Tried to register with two different email addresses with no luck. It say registration was successful but when you try to log in it says username or password is incorrect
Update software please!
I’m not sure why they don’t update their app. It was working fine until a new iOS update and now the audio recorder is useless since its now became “offline” and their customer service doesn’t exist when asking for help. Would reconsider getting any device that requires this app.
