Syncing problems
I used to use that app for a long time. However recently I faced a big problem.
1- if you are on an iPad and want to send a pdf to CamScanner HD, it is not listed. You can’t do it. If you are on iPad photo and want send it to CamScanner, you don’t have that option from the menue.
2- it does not sync any new pdf files on your iPhone CamScanner or on your pc.
I sent them a message and I hope they fix that issue.

Visor HD, sin funcionalidades
No tiene las mismas funciones que la app CamScanner “normal” para móvil. Únicamente está optimizada para iPad y ver los archivos en este tamaño. No tiene sentido que esta app CS HD no tenga las mismas funcionalidades. Deberíais solucionarlo ya, hasta entonces 1 Estrella. Un saludo.

L’OCR est null
J’ai CamScanner depuis ne nombreuses années sur iPhone et iPad, c’était un bon outil de travail.
J’ai une version qui fonctionne bien sur l’iPad mais elle est toute en hauteur comme pour le format de l’iPhone.
J’ai voulu essayer celle-ci qui est adaptée au format de l’iPad mais elle ne reconnaît pas la présence de textes, bien qu’elle constate mon abonnement Prémium.

Update ruined the app -zero stars
When I updated the app, it was NO LONGER USER FRIENDLY.
I looked for a phone number for tech support and could not find a number to call.
I sent an email asking for a call for help. NO REPLY.
Months later, I accidentally stumbled upon a computer generated email that was sent to a 20 year-old email address. They asked if my problem was resolved.
NO IT WAS NOT, BECAUSE HELP NEVER CAME. SO I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT.
I no longer do business with anyone who does not want to talk to customers by not leaving a phone. I don’t care how many calls they receive.
