Purchased without realising that subscription need to be paid, first doorbell was constantly detecting and keep disconnecting itself. Second one doesn’t work as can’t move subscription. Using it as a standard doorbell atm.
Worst Ever
Just being king to give 1 star. This camera isn’t worth anything and it works when it want to. If it doesn’t capture anything unless it wants to. I should have just bought another Ring camera. This mess has got to go because I feel unsafe being home with this worthless piece of garbage. There is no live advocate to speak with!!! Who wants to text CS. They charged me twice when I signed up for 6month subscription! Craziness!!!!!!

Motion detection glitchy
I have purchased the years subscription my motion, detect, and human detect keeps turning off by itself, even with battery in good level

My camera keeps turning off for no apparent reason and I don’t like that I have to keep turning it on.

Does not record like it is supposed after paying for the yearly subscription. I have reached out to support with no response in months!!. For some reason I have to check motion detection and the human box detection EVERYDAY gets turned off and I am not the one to touch it so if I do not turn it back on it does not record at all. I can say that the camera quality is great very clear when it does actually do its job if it’s constantly turning things off without notification and I have to turn it back on everytime I feel like there’s no way all day my camera didn’t get anything even me coming in and out of my house. Find a different camera this one is no good. Waste of money!!

Not a good camera AT ALL
Wouldn’t buy again
I wish this worked better, it’s too sensitive detection for grass moving but when there are people I get nothing half the time. It has very little memory so I’m constantly having to delete the nothing it records. It also keeps pop up adds for the camera I don’t have on so when I need to see who is at the door quickly I can’t and have to wait for the adds. It just doesn’t make me feel safe like I wanted.

Doorbell camera
The doorbell camera works perfectly the thing that I don’t like about it it doesn’t give you a free trial in the beginning for you to access the full features. You have to pay for it to get the full features so you don’t get to experience it before you pay for the subscription.
