Do not bother!

Paid for a year subscription had problems here and there and randomly the camera is just stopped working and stopped charging and I’ve still got about four months left on a subscription and customer service has been no help at all. Do not bother. It’s not worth the money just pay the extra for something better that works properly.

Amazing customer service - my doorbell stopped charging after 18months I was going to bin it thinking that’s what you get for a £25 doorbell but just messaged them on the app to say it had broken so that they knew. Was sent a new one in a few weeks! Amazing thank you x
