Seeing my garden
The reason I am writing this review is because every time I log onto my cameras, I get a pop-up get some iCloud I don’t want the iCloud but it still won’t let me see my garden it’s as if they are trying to force you into buying a close space
Won’t hold charge
We’ve had to pretty much just shut the security movements off and the only useful part is when the doorbell is actually pushed. Won’t hold a charge anymore and only had this less than a year. We live in the country so it’s not like we get a lot of people but we have had some not so nice people who think is an easy place to steal from. We thought this would be helpful along with the security system we had already in place.

Seeing app
To view any playback, you have to have an individual subscription for each of your cameras even though the premium plan advertises multiple devices. If you are not trying to detect humans, but wildlife, this app does not work as well because everything is based on human detection and if it detects too many false motion it just automatically stops recording and turns off the detection feature and you have to turn it back on I think that is really unnecessary because I don’t care about battery usage. We have the solar cameras they charge themselves. I tried adjusting the detection area and it doesn’t change a thing. Customer service is quick to respond and viewing. these cameras is very simple. It was super simple to set them up. Those are the only good things I can say about it.

It is good camara, but do not catch everything that goes across it. There is a lot of movement that misses

Cheap but unreliable
It’s gets the job done but doesn’t pick up a lot of back and forth movements, only records about 10secs of active moving and takes forever to load when trying to answer doorbell or look at live feed

This was working fine until the storm came and knocked out the Wi-Fi. Trying to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi has been terrible and it’s not working

Very expensive
Bad business
They contacted me in May saying to continue with the app I had to pay 99.99. Untrue I emailed and ask about other pricing. They never answered my question about pricing. Then I found out not only did they have pricing differences but I did mot need to spend anything but still have the security at my door. I called Apple and they told me to go to my bank since they will mot refund the rest of my year. I am doing that its called a vendor review. These people are terrible
