Service sucks, you can’t see your camera if you don’t pay for the service which you can’t refund the camera after return policy which the free trial is ends after the trial.. Scam so don’t buy this camera and service.. I’m switching to another camera company Efuy which in has a local memory card in it which is free and I can remote access view without paying for service

At first it was working well I can use my camera at all times not it’s making you pay for it

After moving house and ultimately moving my seeing camera too I reinstalled it at my new location and now I can’t use it unless I subscribe to a plan costing loads of money, this was not the case when I bought it

Why my camera wasn’t working and that I probably needed a technician to look at it. I put my finger over the camera and the lights came on so it’s not the camera. My Internet is good so it’s not my Internet.
Don’t recommend
Records mostly only 10 seconds after a motion detecion and most times anything after that isnt captures even either the sensituset to max . Not worth the annual payment
Always having a problem
There is something always going wrong. Connection always slow. I am always getting knocked out. It is like every other week in have to do another password.

These cameras were inexpensive but work amazing. Especially with being able to turn cameras shade to side and up and down.

Weird situation
I was told my device no longer holds SD or whatever that means so I can’t view live footage but they’ll charge me for being able to do so. They claim this is because of customer feedback. That doesn’t make any sense. Things were fine until now.
Duplicate Credit Card Charges
Be careful! My first yearly subscription went fine. When I renewed this year, they charged my card two additional times. And they list 3 different descriptions on your bank statement so that it appears as three separate services, but in reality, they’re triple defrauding the consumer. Apple wasn’t helpful and didn’t have any interest in refunding the money because they get a cut of the $29.99 fee. Therefore, I disputed with my financial institution.

Terrible product
I bought this purely to have a live door bell. It won’t allow you to view unless you have subscribed to one of the monthly packages. I have house cctv so only need a smart doorbell that I can answer remote.
I’ve now removed it and put a Ring door bell in. Total waste of money it’s now in the bin. Never buy this product. 😡😡😡😡
