Do not bother!
Paid for a year subscription had problems here and there and randomly the camera is just stopped working and stopped charging and I’ve still got about four months left on a subscription and customer service has been no help at all. Do not bother. It’s not worth the money just pay the extra for something better that works properly.

Amazing customer service - my doorbell stopped charging after 18months I was going to bin it thinking that’s what you get for a £25 doorbell but just messaged them on the app to say it had broken so that they knew. Was sent a new one in a few weeks! Amazing thank you x

When I first got the camera I was able to look outside. Now I have to pay to use it normally just to see the outside.

The camera does not record everything its durable.
Live very slow
I use to have ring then I change to this brand and is terrible the live, takes too long to load and sometimes I doesn’t even show anything. Totally annoying

The app is great. I like it. Please fix the update in the app that shows and when you click the update when you open the app, it doesn’t update.

I love my Door Bell even when I am out or on Holiday it lets me see who is at the door plus you can talk to them 👍
Safety First!
Living in a block with 6 apartments means there’s so many people coming in & out at all hours plus, deliveries too. My camera gives me piece of mind & a choice as to whether or not I feel safe to open the should open

The motion detector constantly turns itself off with the human detection as well, need to check its working daily

We have had these camera for maybe 2 years now? When we first got them even if you didn’t have the subscription you could still see live footage on your phone from your camera. We paid last year for the year subscription of $99. First of all. These cameras do not pick everything up. The may pick up a person walking by, but not until the last few seconds and get their backside. These cameras will go an entire day, or DAYS. With no footage updated. When I know for a fact that my family and I have walked around and should have been captured. 110% would NOT recommend to anyone. Especially since now that we can’t see live footage for free, there’s absolutely no point in having them up besides to make people THINK we have security footage to keep them from stealing. Awful product.
