I was sent to this app because my original phone stopped working. I was sent a new camera which I have never been able to use because it wants me to pay for another subscription in addition to the one I originally purchased. Support is a chat bot. I asked for a number to talk to someone and was told the the only support is chat.
The bot has asked me to reset over 8 times in 2 months.
It list customer service hours but I only get a response overnight.

Have to subscribe
I bought 2 cameras that use This app. I was told I could watch the live view but I can not unless I subscribe. I don’t want to subscribe to anything like this. It was supposed to run off of 4G but no where did it say it was only there 4G service it would work on. I do not recommend this app or the products that use it.
