We were checking our gazing app at 1:00 AM today and looked like something was caught on camera from 11:30 pm. We viewed but didn’t save the 11:30 event then tried to view the video again about 2:00 AM but the video was not found. It looks like if you don’t save it erases after 1 day. It would be better if it stored at least 24 hours for retrieval after viewing.
The videos are great-but 10 secs isn’t very long. We thought as long as there was movement it would keep recording until movement stopped

Horrible
I’ve had this product for a couple of months and this has to be one of the worst applications I’ve used. It’s constantly lagging, and I don’t know how this happens but it turns off the motion alerts by itself, so I never get alerted of movement. I have to go into the app almost every day to enable alerts. I got this so I could view my birds and their nest, but it’s not worth it for $20 a month and constant issues.

Don’t like that I don’t have an option of paying the service monthly so I’m going to return the camera I don’t think it’ll work without the app? Really sucks cause the camera looks great

No alternative to use an existing data plan or wifi only. You'll be stuck paying $20 per month PER CAMERA!

More often than not not we can’t get it live , we have it up a tree with not many branches but not good signal , more often than not it’s frozen then goes offline , it’s on an the Isle of Bute and we don’t live there , so have to climb tree every week to turn it back on
does not record movement
it’s very picky. Does not record all movement picks and chooses what it wants to record the last three days it was hooked up. It said there was no movement at all, and I walked in front of the camera at least five times very dissatisfied with product
Bills apple without authorization
Got charges reversed then they billed it again the next day for $109 now I have to dispute again. Won’t let you use the product without first signing up for trial but they charge you anyways during trial without any notification.
