I was sent to this app because my original phone stopped working. I was sent a new camera which I have never been able to use because it wants me to pay for another subscription in addition to the one I originally purchased. Support is a chat bot. I asked for a number to talk to someone and was told the the only support is chat.
The bot has asked me to reset over 8 times in 2 months.
It list customer service hours but I only get a response overnight.

Have to subscribe
I bought 2 cameras that use This app. I was told I could watch the live view but I can not unless I subscribe. I don’t want to subscribe to anything like this. It was supposed to run off of 4G but no where did it say it was only there 4G service it would work on. I do not recommend this app or the products that use it.

Won’t connect to network
Paid $99 for 6 month access and it won’t connect to the network and there’s no way to get in touch with anyone to help troubleshoot.
Almost not worth the price
I bought several of these cameras, expecting to put many of them online at once and change the settings to suit my needs. I came to find out that each camera requires a $20 monthly charge. I will not be paying $120 per month for six cameras. I was hoping to change settings like on another trail camera I have and change from video to photo or three shot burst, or change movement sensitivity, or length of video time. But it only has one setting, 10 second videos. The major thing that this app and camera has going for it is that it has its own cell phone service and you can set it up anywhere. That is why I am paying for ONE camera per month because I need this versatility.

Gazing trail cam
I recently purchased the gazing trail cam and it has to be the worst camera on the market and the customer service is horrible as well. The camera takes video every 5-10 seconds all day and night with nothing moving. There is no way to adjust any sensitivity. The solar panel will not charge the camera no matter how much light it receives.

In need of better mechanics
This app needs better mechanic controls for the video..! That’s about it.!

The app doesn’t have an option to change the motion detection settings like it says it does. The camera doesn’t always detect motion and send alerts and it kinda works when it wants to. The camera doesn’t track the movement and it charges very slow, if at all with solar light. I’d rate the camera and app as so-so, mediocre…

If there is a way to give them negative stars this would be it. Customer service is a joke, keeps repeating the same thing over and over. Can’t seem to get my product model number right and does not respond back for days. -10/10

Scammers. $20 for 1 camera because it won’t connect to Seeing app. I am not paying for 2 apps! The Ai bits are useless. They lied and said they put the Seeing account with that one so I didn’t have to pay for 2 apps. They LIED. NEVER WORKED cause they wanted payment first! Pos.

Very misleading said 14.99 a month paid and then 169 dollars come out of my account now more than likely going to be in another hole and no telling if I’ll get a refund so stupid
