Waste of money
This product is a waste of money. Doesn’t record. I have changed settings and moved locations and in 2 years only have about 10 recordings. If I could get a refund I would. Do not recommend
Terrible service
Cameras were terrible. Literally never picked up on motion detection. After about 50 days it just said the account no longer exists. Fighting with credit card company now to get them to stop charging us for the service. Customer service now says our account never existed.
Delayed response
It only takes a picture AFTER the people leave😖
Great security
Am liking both cams I got but I shouldn’t have to pay for 2 different services for one property. $156 times 2, and pay for storage also on same account. Should be one cloud service for both if on same account a property.
Other than that $40 on temu for 2 good quality camera ran by solar power is awesome.
Now stop asking for stupid review while I’m trying to look at something.

Poor range
Poor range, poor quality, doesn’t work well at all
bad data and cloud storage
the data plans and cloud storage not as advertised! you have to subscribe to a data plan for each camera! so if you have 4 cameras going to cost you 4 different plans! same goes with the cloud storage! so don't bother return the cameras!

My camera is acting up
This camera is acting up so bad right now I don’t understand why it use to work good but now it doesn’t this is not good
Totally frustrated
When trying to see the live, it just spins at 80%. I can’t answer the doorbell. The bell itself stopped working. I’ve had it for about 5 months and not happy . I had a subscription and that took a while to work as well but cancelled because the camera can’t work consistently. I missed doorbell calls . Just horrible overall.

It barely works
It’s literally always offline even when it’s charged & connected to WiFi , you have to purchase a subscription just to have play back recordings . & i honestly think the company system as a whole is racist , it literally only notify me when I’m coming in and out the house however my husband who is not dark like me , the camera never triggers when he is coming in or out the house & im the only one with access to the camera .It’s the weirdest software electronic device I’ve ever had .. i don’t understand why doesn’t it notify all movement ?? And it lags BAD it literally buffers at 80% everytime you try to go look at a live view . Intruders could be done came gone and escape before the camera even pick up to speed to tune in .. and it always needs to be charged like a phone .. this camera is something you think would come out of dollar tree no exaggeration, for a piece of mind please buy a ring or Roku !! Don’t be cheap like i was when it comes to surveillance. 0 out of 10 & I’ve had it for 6 months I’m just fed up

It’s super reliable and superb - I wish we can update to be a little more HD clear to see stuff but all necessities it’s cool not bad
The new update is even worse.
The new update made the doorbell worst it is no longer alert me when it’s offline please fix .
Terrible doorbell
The doorbell always goes offline it shows strong wifi signal I had no issues with the previous doorbell in the same spot I reset it it works well for about 5-7 days then back to offline I took it close to the router to test same issue offline until I reset it.

Phone connection
When I’m not at home the camera connection to my phone barely works. What’s the point? Then when you try to look at the camera from your phone it’s takes it a while to load up. Overall, horrible experience. I’m going to bye a Roku doorbell camera
Camera does not give voice prompts
So me and my girlfriend ordered this online and we can’t for the life of us get it to connect we followed the instructions as clear as we can and it just doesn’t not want to pair or scan the we code to work I don’t know if the camera is busted or what been trying to find help.
