Buggy login, pw reset process
Haven’t been able to log in even after resetting password. “Unknown errors” and “undefined” messages were encountered. Not very helpful. Customer support wasn’t able to resolve and entered a bug report. Please do better.

Best big box store app
I shop more at Canadian Tire because of this app. The search function works really well and I love that the app can tell me quickly where almost all the items are in the store.
In store directions
I greatly like the fact that when I’ve selected an item, the app tells me the amount of stock remaining, what aisle it may be found in, and the stock quantity in nearby stores.
In-Store item location is handy!
Whenever I go to CT, I also check the location of the items I want beforehand. Given how large the store is, being able to locate the item on the phone is handy.
Not a bad app, but could be better
Pretty good for the most part. Found that this app does not adequately tell you that an item is stock at a certain store. It is designed to buy online, and then you find out at the end that your item is not available for 1-2 weeks. Pretty crooked if you wanted your item now.
Customers asking a question
I should not feel like an interruption to a customer service reps day and every single time i shop here is the same thing nobody to help and went you go to the customers service desk they treat you like you don’t matter.
Simple But Effective
This app is very straight forward and easy to use. Not complex or too busy at all. I was able to find exactly what I wanted easily. And the other suggested search words to use by the app were spot on.

swiping through pictures of items has become very difficult and freezes the app, or becomes unresponsive for some reason

Updated my app this Friday June 19, 2026 and it’s just not working at all, and their car selection refinement in the search section is a dud too

Easy to find the items inside the store using the App.
Easy to use and navigate
Been using this app for years and it’s consistently been easy to use, accurate inventory and locations in store, easy to order for curb side pickup, easy to search and find what I need. Highly recommended
Long-standing issue with wish list
The wish list on my Canadian Tire shopping app has been down for maintenance for over a year and I have not been successful finding someone in tech-support to resolve the issue.
The app however, has been great since it came out many years ago with my only grip being the non-functioning wish
Upgrades the stars from 1 to 3 as the app developper has reached out saying they are working on it so I’m hoping that it gets resolved.
