App is advertised as a unique way to learn languages. Using music, games and chatting with people in other countries to learn.
Well, there is a pay wall behind speaking to any timer user and people are either inactive or it’s full of fake profiles.
If you are just starting an app, make it free to gain traction and engagement. No one is going to pay when there is nothing there.
Complete waste of time. And this was inspired by a desperate plea from the creator to leave a review. The app stinks !

Schade, dass die gute Idee so schlecht umgesetzt wurde und so viele Fehler enthält.
Can't sign up with email 😟
You can only sign up through apple or google. Ive always signed up to things through my email, & it looks like this was possible for this app in the past. I hope they fix it.

Je teste actuellement Canary pour améliorer mon anglais en chansons, ça marche pas mal du tout.

De base je chantais faux sous la douche je cassais la tete à tout le monde et ça ne ressemblait à rien,
Avec Canary je vais pouvoir continuer de chanter faux, casser la tête à tout le monde mais au moins ce sera de l’anglais !

Hard to make sense of it
I truly like the concept but the interface with a bunch of AI slop is truly hard to understand.
The choice of learning a language has no effect in the songs that are shown. For example, songs in French are shown when I am learning German.
Some parts of the app simply do not work as expected. Overall it just feels like a vibe coded piece of software with no real craft behind it.
