We’re very sorry you feel this way. Please know the card dealing is 100% random and impartial, every player has the same chance of receiving any card. Wins and losses can feel streaky, but that’s just part of true randomness. No player is ever favored, regardless of bet size. Regarding disconnections, the app itself does not force anyone offline. Even small network instabilities (WiFi drops, router changes, or background apps) can affect real-time games. To improve connection, try using stable WiFi, stay close to your router, restart it if needed, limit other devices using bandwidth, and close background apps. Keeping your device and the app updated also helps, and sometimes switching to mobile data gives a more stable connection. If this happens often, we recommend playing on tables with 60-second turns, which give you more time to act if you briefly disconnect. You can also try playing directly from a computer browser at conectagames.com , as using a cable internet connection may provide a more stable experience.
