Didn’t receive coins for purchase & no support contact anywhere

I bought one little coin package. I got nothing in return. I have the record in my AppStore purchase list to prove it. There is NO contact info for game support in the app ANYWHERE. I tapped on “App Support” here in the App Store, and it took me to Safari and then it took forever for this weird page in another language (and no translation options) to load. There’s no contact info there either and they don’t have a Facebook page under the game’s name nor their y2ysoft.com company name. How can anyone possibly trust a developer who doesn’t provide contact info for support? Give me my money back!
