The cbz I purchased from jypshop is not connecting to the app and the concert is in a couple weeks. So frustrating

i checked if my cbz was real many times and it is so i'm not sure why it won't connect. really disappointed i wanted to check out the member color options. my cbz won't connect to my phone even though ive checked that the bluetooth works

Don’t worry for some reason it still works in the Venus without the app.
I brought mines on the merch line in LA and everyone was trying to get the app to work to no avail but somehow it eventually worked without the app and everyone’s lightsticks synced automatically .

Bluetooth connection not working
I just bought the candybong infinity and I saw that there was no lightstick app for it so I downloaded the one for the candybong z. When I tried connecting my lightstick to the app, it wouldn’t work even though people online said it does. My bluetooth was on and my lightstick was on so there shouldn’t have been a problem. I don’t know why it not working but I’ve tried connecting it at least 10 times.

Does not work with V3.0 Candybong (2023)
Neither of the current versions of the software work with the latest Twice light stick (Version 3.0) released in May 2023. The Candybongz themselves worked fine at the Concert (thank goodness), but don't work with iPhone or Google versions of the software. Don't waste your time.
Very frustrating!!
My lightstick arrived today, and as soon as I put the batteries in it, it turned on and worked perfectly. Then I downloaded the app. My lightstick is the CandyBong Infinity (from the official JYP Shop), but this app is called CandyBongZ. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with the app (its Bluetooth recognition), or if it’s not yet updated to be compatible with the new Infinity version of the lightstick, but I tried literally everything possible to get the app and the lightstick to cooperate. My concert is coming up soon, and if I’m not able to get my lightstick working with the app, then this is probably the last time I will ever buy a lightstick at all. Can anyone help with this?

The app just glitches and doesn't even let me get in. Just opens and them closes. I cant even do anything plus I have tried everything to make it work and nothings

i’m 100% sure my lightstick is real. i downloaded the old app and it connects and turns blue, but it says it’s connected to the wrong type of lightstick so it doesn’t work. when i switch to this app with my cbz, it doesn’t connect at all. someone please help
connection problems
i can assure you that this lightstick is 100% real i bought it off those kpop stores in LA but the issue is it won’t connect to the app‼️ ive tried everything and it still won’t connect, i really hope this is an issue on the apps end cuz i got annoyed, hopefully this gets updated soon
Bluetooth connection needs an update
For those of you who are having connection issues it’s not just you. I connected the CandyBong with the original twice app and it connected just fine. My version 1 lightstick also connects fine with the original app so it’s definitely a Bluetooth issue on the app side. Hopefully with the world tour this will be updated.

It was very hesitant of getting this app because I don’t know if it was the right app but turns out it is, honestly the app is pretty good still you just need to read the instructions right .
not connecting to this app
so i just got my candy bong z today and i tried connecting it but it wouldn’t work, i have an authentic lightstick. i was curious and went to the app for the first twice lightstick and it connected but told me it was the wrong light stick app (which i knew but i was making sure the lightstick wasn’t malfunctioning). i watched a couple videos on people connecting it and saw that on the app when connecting it, the bluetooth sign will spin when it’s trying to find the lightstick but on my app it wasn’t )it was just white. i also tried everything like pressing it down too before connecting. idk if the app needs an update or it’s just my app that’s not working but i really wanna make sure my lightstick connects to the app before the tour 😞 please fix it!! update: i connected it to another phone (android) and it worked perfectly, then i connected it to a different iphone and had the same problem as my phone :(

PLEASE UPDATE!!!!
I got my candybong z for Christmas and have been trying to get it to connect to the app for three days now. I’m still not sure if my candybong is real (I’m pretty sure it is??) but either way this app needs to be updated!!! Whenever I try to connect it tells me to check if my Bluetooth is on etc. I’ve watched so many videos to figure out this problem, I’ve tried to figure out if my cbz is fake, and yet I still have zero answers to why this isn’t working. The only thing I can think of is that this app needs an update! I have an iPhone 12 mini and have tried everything at this point, turning off Wi-Fi, turning my Bluetooth on and off, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and nothing works!!!!
