Would’ve been a better rating but i cant watch on my laptop even though i have the app on my phone and paying for a subscription. Do better Candy Jar.

You would think with the money it charges to use the app that the Picture in Picture functionality would be available. Some people like to multi task.
The hours to wait
Look I love this app and it’s story’s okay but my only issue is that once the free episodes are done on some apps you watch 5 ads you you get five more free episodes and then you use coins and you check in and get those and get some others for ads and then you pay but not on this one you get coins and basically once they run out you never get them again unless you pay and every day you one free episode but then you have to wait 24 hours for one more free episode and on and on I think maybe just improve those please cause if that continues I’ll never finish them

Fixing how episodes are given
Overall good app but the way we receive our episodes and coins needs to be fixed. Plus we have to wait seven hours until another episode for free or have to buy coins. Wish we could just watch a couple ads and get episodes for free and then pay coins when we run out and add a login thing where we get those coins to log in and also pay for episodes

Good Until Ai Arrived
I was actually enjoying this app and looking forward to renewing my yearly subscription. Until I got an email for their new platform today. The image in the email is AI generated and I can only imagine how long it’ll take CandyJar to adopt the same. Good thing gone just like that

The videos are the best for this kind of thing, but the customer support is absolute garbage. They charged me for time. I never used when I thought I had canceled and they absolutely refused to refund me for it even though they could clearly see I haven’t used it during that time. Which is sad because I would definitely have used them again in the future.

Please don’t not buy anything from this app. Has false advertising. I ended up make an accidental purchase and was refused my money back. Especially is you have Apple Pay. If you did it with Apple Pay. CALL YOUR BANK. I was taxed heavily. You have to wait a long time for you to watch new episodes. If you see a show or a shorts you want to watch from this app, please watch it from somewhere else.

A huge scam, its not even movies its tiny episodes that last 2 minutes and once you’ve reach the limit they make you pay or wait 7 hours to watch the next one. After I waited the 7 hours suddenly it changed to 19 hours of wait, don’t even bother to download this app the acting is horrible and the app is just a waste of time.

Why you should offer more free coins challenges or daily coins
I love the shorts and I think they are amazing but I hate how you have no free coin options because if I have to wait every day for a new episode I’m going to get tired of it and find a new app Mabye just do like daily coins or something because waiting everyday is not making people want to stay and watch your series. I still love the series and am currently trying to watch fight dirty but am getting upset because now I have to wait every day.

my app doesn’t even load..
I download the app for a specific story that I was interested in, I saw trailers all over social media so I gave in and my app doesn’t even load. I have left it sitting there. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it. I have restarted my phone. nothing.

Performance decrease with recent update
Writing review on 7/8/26. Most recent update now makes series I am watching start back at episode 1 every time I log in…rather than starting where I last stopped in the series like it used to. Please fix!!!!!!
