The new app seems better. Had to choose “express” menu but it is very good service.

I really liked Using this app it was so easy a lot of places I order from don’t even have an app like this and I’m so happy to use it thank you canex your delivery system works perfectly I love the rewards I’ll definitely stay a loyal customer here they have good deals the product was nice and not over priced at all very reasonable. The women I spoke to was so helpful when I was having trouble making an order. Not to mention the reward system will actually add up and be worth it.

Painfully inconsistent
Prices in the app are higher than the website. Neither ever recognizes my address. Then when it does, half the time it says I’m out of the delivery area. When something actually gets delivered (3+ hours later) the price they try to charge is almost never the same as what you planned on paying. My last order was $54 and was charged $68 PLUS a separate card fee. Lastly, coupons/points only work sometimes and 9/10 it’ll tell you the order doesn’t meet the minimum for delivery when you’re well over the amount. Only order if you’re desperate.

Horrible service. They arrive and add whatever amount they’re told by the company even though you order with a price you chose. 3rd time they’ve ripped me off or done something dumb last minute won’t use the service again
Not the best app or delivery service
The app always messes up. It seems like it has my info saved but I waste time shopping only to find out nothing I’ve selected is in my delivery area so I always have to use the website instead.
On their side it always seems to lead them to the wrong address which I then have to troubleshoot for the driver.
In addition to that I recently reported a really rude and hostile driver, which I was only able (AGAIN) to do on the website because the app won’t allow you to scroll down and hit submit— so when you try the screen bounces back up to the top.
The most recent driver ended up in a community behind where I live and insinuated that if I didn’t come down there to meet him (after waiting for him over 2 hours) that he would cancel my order. When I called him out on his remarks he got hostile and started driving toward me finally. I had to stay on the phone with him the entire time and repeat myself over and over again. He literally needed to make 3 lefts and he’d say “so I make a right or a left?!” in an angry tone so he wasn’t even listening. The special instructions were completely ignored because he drove the wrong way through my apartment complex, adding more time and making him even more bitter toward me. Once he got there he didn’t check my ID or anything, he just took my debit card to run. My total was confirmed as $55.66 on the website and in an email but he ran it for $58.50. The website said they’d get back to me and never have.
I would recommend using a different service.
