Update broke notifications

In the latest update something changed and I now get notifications for every in-game event on all teams I have played for, regardless of the “In game notifications” toggle being disabled.

Terrible app

This app is absolutely terrible. It doesn’t download correctly half the time and the app crashes. This includes when they update the app. You shouldn’t have to download it multiple times just to get a working app.

Can’t log in

For some reason with the same email and password I use to sign into the canlan website, doesn’t work on this app. Therefore, I can’t log in. This app is useless!!!!

No issues, they seem listen to feedback

New user to the app, seems fine no issues so far, I can follow my team and it saves my search results so I just open and check the schedule.

Great app for ASHL TKs, but has a bug

I use this app for my rec hockey league and it’s really easy to use. However, the app won’t switch to landscape mode - only works in portrait. To be honest, this really doesn’t make sense because for a scoreboard/game sheet app, it would be better in landscape, taking advantage of the larger screen.

Terrible App

I have deleted this app twice and I still get pop ups on my phone every day about glitches. It’s annoying!

This app allows identity fraud

For the past couple weeks, I’ve been getting invites for teams I’ve never played for and I don’t even know the managers of the teams that invite me. They are able to get a hold of my personal email through Canlan Sports and send me unwanted invites. Even when I select the option to ignore the team is able to add me to their roster… this app is so poorly designed. So someone on the ice is playing under my name.

Fire programmer of this app

I’m sure there are more competent people out there who can program this app better. Why can I not login? I request change password and that also doesn’t work. This app doesn’t work. Hence why you need a new programer

Joke of an App

Not sure how any reputable company can roll out this joke of an App. Absolutely horrendous UI / UX, and performance/load testing was clearly never a consideration as the response and load times are ridiculously unacceptable.

Thanks for calling this out. Since version 7.1.0, we’ve changed how and when we ask for notification permissions to make things less annoying. We hope the new versions feel smoother now!

Who ever made this app needs to lose their job…

What a absolute joke of an app. Extremely hard to find anything on this. The best thing they could do for it is to simplify it.

This app should easily integrate with cct games. It takes for ever to organize then interface is terrible on iPhone.

Horrible app, horrible roll out

Terrible roll out. No communication to team reps. No syncing to previous systems accounts. No ability to download schedules without the app. Just complete disregard for how your team managers operate when you had no tech and now the roll out is just garbage. Someone should be fired.
