I’m just wondering why an app like this would even be offered on the App Store knowing that it’s overall rating a solo? I frequently have issues with this website and it streaming service. We pay quite a bit of money to use their service and it works 50% of the time and a lot of the arenas are blacked out. When I do email the company with issues they basically tell me to cancel my subscription. I wish Apple would do something. This company needs to be held accountable for its absolutely terrible service.

This service is wayyy overpriced to begin with. Gouging families for being absent.
This company provides no customer service. You pay the subscription, and there is no assistance / reimbursement when the cameras are down, they just say “we’re looking into it”.
Customer service responses are likely AI.
You will essentially pay for garbage service. Demand better.

HOW DO I SIGN IN
This app is so stupid. I downloaded it and there’s no button to sign in, just a login button. Support please help me
