What happened to Face ID login?
I don’t know why they would take away the Face ID login with the latest update. Now I have to manually type in my email address before my password app would kick in to fill in my email address and password on the next screen. It’s so amazingly clunky. Fix it please.
Not improving
Cameras don’t work half the time. One or the other. Not great resolution, sound is terrible, they don’t invest in new equipment, can’t wait till the contract ends and something better comes along.
Does not work with Apple phone
Won’t open. Keeps looping me back to email entry.
Updates Suck
The new updates to the app make it hard to watch. Livebarn is making it easier for competitors to take their market. I am currently shopping for a new app.
Horrible login and UI
The recent update make the login process much worse. I have to type my email address every time which launches another site that actually uses the Password app/biometrics. Clean it up.
The time selection defaults to the wrong Am/Pm and confuses itself on which is active. Just a very basic UI that an AI coding assistant could clean up very easily.

Terrible log in update
Log In doesn’t work with Face ID anymore. I have to re enter log in and password multiple times and get error messages. Then I get sent to an entirely separate log in page to re enter everything again! Terrible update. I don’t understand why they changed the log in process when it was fine as is.
Hire a competent engineer
This has to be one of the worst developed apps on the App Store. The authentication method is from 2009 and the playback feels older than that.
Livebarn login
I have tried everything to log in on my iPhone. I have the right email address and password! I enter all that and it takes me right back to the login page. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Still no luck! I’m getting angry at not being able to watch my grandson play hockey😡
New Login Process is Terrible
The new login process is terrible - it doesn’t trigger Apple’s autofill, so you have to manually type in your email, then it takes you to a whole separate screen to actually login. Other issues persist - often times the VOD is not available, and it’s not just for one venue, but for all. You click on a half hour time block and it thinks on it for a minute then automatically shifts to the next time block, and then does the same thing again.

They need to reinvest in the cameras they are dated and so many glitches . I’m close to canceling
Worst app always down
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The app is expensive and hardly ever works. You either have the app constantly not working or the live view of your rink is “temporarily unavailable “ and they never give you an explanation. It’s either and I don’t know or we will have to have someone take a look at the equipment on site. You do NOT get your moneys worth. Stay away.

Pushed a terrible update - people can’t sign in now and use the app
How the hell does a broken login service get pushed to production and how does it take so long to fix?
New update is terrible
I have to log in 3 times. The screen no longer rotates. The video just spins. Go back to how it was before

Login just flat out does not work. Really bad company overall too. Unfortunately it’s my only option
Perfect app
This is great for me because I get to review my games and be able to watch my other friends games
Overall? It kinda blows for the cost.
Inconsistent, some blocks of time are auto only and not pano option so if the camera didn’t happen to follow the action you’re interested in, you’re hosed. App randomly kicks you out and randomly demands password changes. For $10 a month maybe you can get away with that but $25? One month and done for me.

Inconsistent but better than nothing
Is it the greatest quality? No. However it beats having nothing. In many cases it’s also up to your venue and how they installed the camera and if they have reliable internet connection. But I would have loved this when I was a kid and even today it’s serviceable. The app could be better but in time it will improve.

Can’t Sign Up
The sign up function doesn’t work. No support. Can’t imagine once they get your financial information. Best to avoid this service.
