Terrible and slow
Every single time I try and use this app the video takes forever to load and I’ve been sitting here for an hour trying to get the same clip to load consistently and it doesn’t even work never download this app and never pay for it. They need to have a better update and every single time I try to log into the app. It takes forever to login and it doesn’t even do Face ID automatically anymore. I’m sick of this app and they’re scamming us.

Login issues
I have an account that logs in just fine on my iPhone or computer, but can’t log in to my Apple TV. Such a basic thing to get wrong. Come on!
Consistently poor
Audio is at best 50/50 shot of it working … puck following is extremely poor… and that is assuming that it is actually up and running that day which is also a 50/50 bet… customer service is pretty much nonexistent and if it isn’t working that day there is no way they can fix it quickly. The only reason I still have the app is because it is the only option available. I would never pay for the player stats or any other “premium” benefit because they can’t even do the bare minimum and on a consistent basis

Not easy to use anymore
I have this to have grandparents watch youth hockey and this app is not easy for them to navigate. Why do we have to enter email on first screen, taken to second screen to enter email and password? The first screen no longer saves the email so it has to be entered every time it is used. Was great before this season started.

Sign-in password
Your not a bank…why is it necessary to have to enter passwords and Emails every day and even every time you want to wwtch…such a waste…why is this necessary? Once a week or month…you’re not an ATM
Stupidly overpriced
This has never been a great service. Never dependable, never high-quality video. So what did they do? Raised prices by $75 a year. I canceled. No thank you.
Not worth it anymore
Years of having the service, hundreds of dollars spent, and zero investment in cameras or making the experience better.
The last straw is their “Authentication Enhancement” that requires me to put my email and password in every time I log in. I have a premium plan with multiple streams and now have to share passwords regularly with grandparents rather than logging them in once.
Clearly a money grab increasing the friction it takes to log in.
Parents are now streaming the games because the LiveBarn camera quality is so bad and can’t be used by video analytics platforms. I’ll just watch the parents stream with a 5 year old iPad with vastly superior clarity.

Constantly logging out when the screen sleeps.
I’m not sure if it’s a new setting, and I have not had time to tinker with any settings, but every time the screen sleeps I get logged out. It’s a major issue when tagging games. This never happened in the past.
Horrible sign in experience
These dopes changed the sign in procedure so the app CANNOT AUTOMATICALLY LOG YOU IN! WTF!!?? You must scan a QR code and manually enter the information every single time. This app is run by morons!!!!!!

iOS app terrible
Used to watch on my phone when had to. Cant login anymore? Use the same password as on my laptop, thankfully that still works. Ever since the app had issues back in late July or early August, not able to login on my phone anymore. Very frustrating
Bad app update - log in awful
Users experience friction during recurring logins because email credentials are not retained, and previously available biometric authentication (Face ID) is either missing, broken, or disabled without explanation.
What happened to Face ID login?
I don’t know why they would take away the Face ID login with the latest update. Now I have to manually type in my email address before my password app would kick in to fill in my email address and password on the next screen. It’s so amazingly clunky. Fix it please.
Not improving
Cameras don’t work half the time. One or the other. Not great resolution, sound is terrible, they don’t invest in new equipment, can’t wait till the contract ends and something better comes along.
Does not work with Apple phone
Won’t open. Keeps looping me back to email entry.
Updates Suck
The new updates to the app make it hard to watch. Livebarn is making it easier for competitors to take their market. I am currently shopping for a new app.
Horrible login and UI
The recent update make the login process much worse. I have to type my email address every time which launches another site that actually uses the Password app/biometrics. Clean it up.
The time selection defaults to the wrong Am/Pm and confuses itself on which is active. Just a very basic UI that an AI coding assistant could clean up very easily.

Terrible log in update
Log In doesn’t work with Face ID anymore. I have to re enter log in and password multiple times and get error messages. Then I get sent to an entirely separate log in page to re enter everything again! Terrible update. I don’t understand why they changed the log in process when it was fine as is.
Hire a competent engineer
This has to be one of the worst developed apps on the App Store. The authentication method is from 2009 and the playback feels older than that.
Livebarn login
I have tried everything to log in on my iPhone. I have the right email address and password! I enter all that and it takes me right back to the login page. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Still no luck! I’m getting angry at not being able to watch my grandson play hockey😡
