Cab didn’t show up
Booked taxi via app and it didn’t show up to collect us. Several phone calls later and after much waiting one arrived and then took long route home. Won’t be using it again!
Terrible Update
Don’t like the new update. The only good part of the update is the added recents when searching for addresses. It lost all my information and favourites. It now can’t find my home address that I have used for 7+ years although online it works fine. For weeks I couldn’t log in to my mobile account so had to create an online account on my laptop and have been using that for weeks. I just requested my phone password which when received is not the same as my online password. The two accounts don’t appear to be synced. Why would they not be the same account? I now have 2 booking on my mobile that are not showing up on my online account. The way the “new” app is working I feel like it isn’t Cannon Cars but a hack to glean my information from.

Not Reliable
Made a booking the night before for an early morning car. The car arrived late due to the dispatch team not notifying him in enough time. Very disappointing, it wasn’t the drivers fault, he did his very best to still get me to where I needed to be but the people in the office were rude and unhelpful.

Doesnt work abroad
Works fine in UK but when I tried to book a car from abroad - connection timeout. Doesnt work, had to use Uber which I hate but had no chance...
App needs work
I had to re register to use the updated version and booked a cab for a future time using my IPad re-input my favourites as they had gone missing. When I checked my iPhone neither the booking or favourites were showing. Reason for 2 stars is the rest of the app appears to work OK (subject to ordered cab arriving)

Disappointing update
Lost all my details and had to re-register so my favourites disappeared. Ability to edit locations to give more information to drivers would be very useful - especially when train stations have more than one exit!

Ok, so I've just made a future booking. Quite surprised that there isn't a price indicator when booking a cab! There really should be! Other than that the app seems good.

Unreliable service!!!!
I have been a Cannon Cars customer for many many years and will continue to use their service in the future. BUT:
Don't use the app to make a booking because 2 out of 3 bookings I made were completely ignored and I missed 2 appointments because of this. They don't seem to properly check the bookings made through the app leaving the customers in the dark about if and when a car will show up at the requested place! What a horrible service!
Will never use the app again but call them. At least u can then be sure they are aware of my booking request.
As for the app: AVOID!!!
