Problem connect
Having extreme difficulty getting printer to connect to phone it is main source of my work

I can print from my phone and it connects, but if I try using your apps any of them it says it’s not connected to WiFi!!!

Everytime I suffer using it
It is hard to used most of the time it didn’t connect to cell. I tried 30 min each time I need to print 1 page. It didn’t connect to my desktop. I had tried multiple times but never succeeded.
Fair/lacking
I am disappointed with how difficult this printer was for me to install from my phone. I ended up going to YouTube for help and I feel like some features aren’t working (e.g. AirPrint is not working for me and I don’t like the extra hoops I have to jump through to get my print outs).
Doesn't Work LAN Wired ImageClass
If using an ImageClass device "wired" to the LAN, this app DOES NOT WORK. Only the older Business Print app works with ImageClass devices that a wired to the LAN.

It takes time
Text ages to get linked to my home network on iPad or I Phone, either securities too tight or it’s just hopeless software, slowest set up in my life, my older Canon was brilliant, gave it to the kids next door, might recover it

Needed a basic printer for occasional documents. Printed document is worthless, print is uneven faded black and blotchy. Cleaning head is useless. Bought a printer to print not to perform QC and fix spend an hour doing maintenance. All I can say you pay for what you get and purchase junk.

I’m exchanging this printer
I bought this printer with high expectations, that was a terrible mistake and i guess price DOES matter because every time i tried to use it the printer would print small or the paper would just get stuck.
