Good option for iPhone users
This app works great with my iPhone since my printer doesn’t show up on the list of AirPrint printers.
Printer
This was really easy to set up and use. I was in a pinch and needed to print some documents and was able to get it all done from connecting to printing in less than 20 minutes.
It’s picky
It prints fine but it’s very slow, it asks EVERY time if you want to use the printer, it always defaults to a size I don’t want and there’s no obvious fix. Not user friendly for the artist or hobbies.
Page orientation
There’s no way to edit the orientation of a page. When trying to print a label, good luck. It just doesn’t work. There’s no option to make it work. Just have to get lucky that it doesn’t print too crooked, or cut anything off. Printer itself stop syncing with my phones embedded printing function, so started using Canon PRINT and it sucks.

Small display
I find the size and dimness of the operational display VERY difficult to read. This makes the printer less than pleasant to use.
Frustrating set up. Might take back
Why can’t they make the easy set up…easy. This is nonsense. No Phone number to call for help…their bots dont work. Took back a 2 day old HP and thinking this MF663 might do same. Canon you can do better with customer service!

I shouldn’t need an app to use my printer. Printers used to let you wirelessly print from iPhones. What changed? Corporate greed. That’s what changed.

Canon printer
It was easy to setup then it wasn’t. I think it was giving error messages because not set up correctly. Was seeing E4then P2. So I just deleted software and redid set up. I think it was because there was no account. I will not purchase ink on canon account. When you do that the printer won’t work if you buy and install own ink. I will decide when I need ink and who I want a contract with.

Difficult to set up printer
Half hour later and nowhere near getting this to work. Instructions are vague and don’t relate to on screen images. Three attempts so far and different instructions show up. Does nobody even try their own products??! Expected far better from Canon.
