literally awful my printer won’t even work it’s stuck on the loading screen forever i’ve been trying for hours nothing works.

I don’t know what is wrong with my Canon TS9560
This app used to work perfectly, I could easily use AirPrint to print from and scan to my iPhone. Something has changed and I struggle every time to reconnect my iPhone to my printer. I am moving house soon and I will throw away my Canon TS9560 which was a very reliable printer for many years and now suddenly will not connect with my iPhone without a great struggle every time. I am very frustrated

Doesn’t work with WiFi networks! Fails to connect to host network.
After a few short months waiting to see if this updated app has had the bugs sorted out only to find it’s still broken and refuses to connect to WiFi router…. Please fix!

Hard to understand instructions and set up to print from laptop and phone
Set Up
Way to difficult to set up, little to no information. Instruction should be written for somebody that does not do this for a living. I had to hire a IT guy to install my unit.

Love this printer so easy to use and all the features are easy to figure out and good quality print on the lazer paper and easy ink fill. Thank you Canon.

I had another printer brand. It was hp and they are a total scam they sell you tons of ink then if you don’t keep paying them they block you from from using the ink you already paid for and keep you from using other brands that will work on your printer but they won’t allow it cause it’s not there cartridge. It’s like buying a Honda car and them shutting off your car because your not using Honda oil that’s marked up 3 or 4 times

Works Perfectly!
For a while, I had not been able to print 4x6 photos from my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I’ve had my Canon MX472 for years; no need to replace, it works fine. I don’t print that often. I’ve never thought of looking for an app for that. It worked perfectly. I will use it from now on when I print.
Should not have to use app to print.
Too much control and data gathering to keep track of customers printing.

Useless waste of time
First- There is no way to change orientation or any number of important print settings.
Then- It either forgets, or can’t find the printer, constantly.
Lastly - Canon is always forcing us to change to more “streamlined” and less functional apps. Which is profoundly stupid because they sell the printers as able to do all sorts of things like doing taxes, and training elephants to fly, but then they remove features from their app.
