Less functional all the time
I’ve been using my HP Sprocket for years and the app has only become less functional with time. I used to be able to create collages easily, and reformat my images so that they fit into the spaces provided by the app. A while ago, they updated the app and took away this functionality. Now if you try to use the collage feature, no matter what orientation I have the pictures saved in, the app loads them in the wrong way, and I have to rearrange the pictures to the right orientation manually. This is a maddeningly finnicky app and has completely destroyed the usability of the app and my printer. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want a bad headache.

It worked great…for a day
Now the printer won’t work anymore. If done troubleshooting and nothing is fixing my problem.
Occasionally Works
Still haven’t figured out how to accept Them and Conditions so I can print from Photos. Almost everyone I use it, I run into an issue I have to figure out. I got it a few years ago and it frustrated me so much I put it away. Now that I am trying to use it…well, here I am.
