Cannot connect!

First printer I have bought in years thinking that new printer would actually work compared to years ago spending ages setting them up. Well what a disappointment, I’ve been trying all day to connect my phone to the printer via the app. It just doesn’t work. I’ve also connected my phone directly to the printer and it still doesn’t work. What a load of rubbish. It’s supposed to be easy!!
