User reviews

Rarely works

Every time I want to see my pics from my camera , onto my smartphone , it’s always a problem with the connection. From Bluetooth, to WiFi, to reconnecting, to turning on and off. It’s ALWAYS something different. Sucks that it’s the only choice

can’t connect

new camera, can’t connect or pair. keeps saying pairing failed

Horrible

Nothing but issues connecting to my XT30iii, absolutely horrific app for a company this size in 2026

Useless app

You have to delete the app every time and download it back again as it can only connect to the camera once.

Can’t connect

The app stopped connecting with my X-t50 so I can’t use my phone as a remote shutter or data transfer anymore
