Every time I want to see my pics from my camera , onto my smartphone , it’s always a problem with the connection. From Bluetooth, to WiFi, to reconnecting, to turning on and off. It’s ALWAYS something different. Sucks that it’s the only choice
new camera, can’t connect or pair. keeps saying pairing failed
Nothing but issues connecting to my XT30iii, absolutely horrific app for a company this size in 2026
You have to delete the app every time and download it back again as it can only connect to the camera once.
The app stopped connecting with my X-t50 so I can’t use my phone as a remote shutter or data transfer anymore
Seems to disconnect randomly at times, and some days it decides to load from the oldest photos up top, other days it'll have the most recent image up top.
fix this app it’s ridiculous i can’t pair it. new phone new camera
The connection almost never works at this point. It’s so incredibly frustrating. How can the app be so inconsistent for so many people. Check the recent reviews. They’re almost all saying the same things. This just absolutely needs to be better.
Doesn’t work in the slightest. Please all feel free to quit your jobs as app developers! Muppets.
The main use for this app is to transfer photos to your phone - a task it now fails at 75% of the time. Maintaining connection is so so so difficult, even if you’re connected via Bluetooth and WiFi. Why isn’t Fuji just using NFC for this? Come on!
Quick and easy to use. Issues are always resolved. Has never given me problems.
Can be quite glitchy and slow.
Works the first time. Then if i turn bluetooth off in the camera to preserve battery, and later on, i turn Bluetooth back on, the app fails to reconnect to the camera. Even after forgetting the device, it still shows up in the app as “disconnected” despite the camera bluetooth on and in pairing mode.

Fuji is just about the only brand I actually “love” in this world. But this app really tests that love. It fails to connect to my XT-5 and X100VI more than it succeeds. Repeated attempts to connect have bricked two of my batteries for reasons I don’t understand. But because of it, this app has cost me over $100. I’ve resorted to just transferring photos directly to my Mac, then airdropping them to my iphone. Truly one of the worst hardware-to-hardware interfaces out there.

The first install connected, transferred photos and did an update. Subsequent connections the next day were intermittent. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and again, ok until you disconnect and try again. As bad as the Nikon app. Got a as reader for my iPad/phone instead of fighting with a bad app. Extremely disappointed. iPhone 17, iPad mini a17, latest os.

I've been using this for a couple of years. I love the preview and transfer. The resize feature for transfers is nice. Recently, no photos have been showing up in my transfers unless they were taken on the app.
This app was good months ago but now it simply won’t connect no matter how many tricks I try and the internet is out of answers. I just don’t think it likes the latest version of IOS and Fuji is too cheap to maintain their product.
Works well once it connects, but I get kicked out and have to reconnect about 35% of the time.
How can an app be so unreliable in this day and age! I have a 100rf and a 50sii and this app is awful with connection, layout and most everything about it. How the hell does this type of thing become allowable in the app marketplace for a HUGE camera company. Whoever worked on this is simply lazy, doesn't care about bugs or whether something should be even in the wild. Unbelievable! What other goddamn options do I fricking have eh?

0 for the actual usability. Connects from camera to latest ipad/iphone, but when trying to load images for import it looses connection. This has been going on since October 2025 from my experience. Only worsened. No useful help guides whatsoever. Troubleshooting guide is -100% effective. Sometimes it works, by doing the exact same steps as what usually fails miserably. As good as the camera is, as bad the software experience.
