I can’t connect my Fuji x100vi anymore after I upgraded my iOS to 27
iOS App not compatible anymore
iOS app is no longer compatible with XT-5… it’s been several months. The connection issue has never been solved… super disappointing and frustrating!!

9 of 10 attempts I can’t connect with the app especially with the wireless feature.
Terrible App very frustrating
This is arguably the worst camera app I have ever used. I am unable to download photos reliably, as it frequently disconnects during transfer or fails to connect to the phone altogether. The interface and functions are extremely confusing, making it very difficult to navigate and operate effectively.

Pairing issues
A little over a year ago I started to experience issues when trying to pair my x100vi or my Xh2. In order to pair, I need to delete the connection and then re-add it, every time and sometimes more than once before I can download photos. I’ve tried to clean pairing registrations and cache, but still no solution.

Bypasses your camera’s internal settings!
This is app is awful. Tried to shoot 4K video footage by using the app to start and stop the camera, but it bypasses your camera’s internal settings and limits your video footage to 720P! It makes sense to downsample the footage sent to the live view on the app for preview purposes, but the fact that the quality recorded to your camera’s SD card isn’t full resolution is ridiculous. Completely wasted a session using this and having to do a reshoot - will avoid using this app entirely now to ensure my footage doesn’t get compromised.
I’ve seen online that Fuji is aware of this but they still haven’t fixed it. Totally unusable if you want to record in 4K.

Can’t download photos
For the last two days I’ve not been able to download any photos from the app - previously I’ve never had a problem.

Not working with iPhone
No longer able to use this app at all. Can’t connect to my phone at all.
Worst thing about Fuji
This app is so outdated and an absolute disaster. It’s the most unreliable and frustrating app. For a company that markets their products around travel and street photography and producing images that can be posted straight from camera; the app impedes their customers on being able to do so.
Trying to connect to my phone to my xt5 and download images is near impossible. I’ve spent over 30+ hours trying to use evert troubleshoot suggestion; resetting my camera, deleting the camera off my Bluetooth, changing various settings on my phone and camera, redownloading the app. Despite this I continue to have very little success. At times I can get it to sync after hours but it’s so unpredictable. It’s incredibly frustrating, particularly when travelling. Looking online, this seems to be a longstanding issue yet Fujifilm have yet to resolve this issue. Whilst I love the camera, film simulations and quality of photos; I bought this camera because I wanted the ease of being able to post my photos straight from the camera whilst travelling.
The issue has gotten to a point that I am now changing brands to a company that ensures their technology meets the intended purpose and serves the customers needs. This issue has been repeatedly raised by its customers for several years and yet they have made no effort to amend the issue.

Awful App - Really Fuji?
I’m appalled by how awful this app is. You’d think, after spending thousands on their equipment, Fuji would invest more into making sure they have a functioning app. Constantly crashing, slow upload speeds when it does work, disconnects randomly mid file transfer… the list goes on.
Never connects to bluetooth
I don’t think this app will ever work which sucks cause it’d be nice to have a easy way for self portraits. it’s been like this for the past year of having a Fuji camera. You basically have to disconnect the camera from bluetooth and start over every time you want to use the app
Basic Features fehlen
Verbindungsaufbau funktioniert problemlos, die Übertragung aufs iPad klappt auch sehr gut, so weit alles schick.
Alles was darüber hinaus geht ist nicht vorhanden. Bei jeder Verbindung muss ich dem Filter neu sagen mir die RAWs nicht anzuzeigen. Warum kann ich das nicht so einstellen, dass die App sich das merkt? Querformat auf dem iPad wird auch nicht unterstützt, das stört mich sehr weil ich dann doch wieder zum Rechner muss um die Bilder in einem größeren Format anzusehen. Löschen und schützen von Bildern geht auch nicht. Also schaue ich mir die Bilder auf dem Tablet an, muss das Gerät dann wieder zur Seite legen, die Kamera in die Hand nehmen und versuchen meine Eindrücke dann auf dem kleinen Bildschirm mit dem Joystick umzusetzen. Das ist umständlich und doppelte Arbeit

Very unstable
This app is very unstable, it usually disconnects a couple of time before I can successfully download the images. Very very frustrating.
No Longer Works
I got an XT5 and the app was great, sold that and got an XE5 and the app worked the first 1/2 dozen times I needed to upload to my phone. Unfortunately that is no longer the case as it will not connect to my IP16 Pro Max. Not sure what changed, but it's extremely disappointing. I've u installed and reinstalled the app, made sure I'm not missing updates etc. It's a complete dud.

Wanted to love it
I wanted an alternative to taking out my sd card and plugging it into my phone every time to get pictures off. This worked about 30% of the time, simply too buggy and unreliable and it crashes all the time - I have no more patience. Sigh, back to SD card reader. Do better Fuji. Love your cameras and lenses but this app SUCKS.

Not connecting
This app no longer connects to my X-H2S consistently. I can connect via Bluetooth, but when I try to connect via WiFi to transfer photos, the connection fails in the app, even if I am connected to the camera via WiFi on my iPhone. This seems to be 100% an app issue. Seems like this is a new issue that needs to be addressed.
