You cannot delete photos from the app so make sure you only upload photos you want saved forever on a random app

I really love it, but I will say I hate that the app logs you out almost every time. Also, I don’t like that it can no longer connect to your Google photo albums.

Unrecognized error
I have not had this long and already having issues with printing. I have unloaded the app, I’ve reinstalled the printer, I have turn it on, off, reset you name it. Checked for latest firmware. Doesn’t want to print!!!

This app was my absolute favorite!!! Then a couple weeks ago I did the update. Now it is slow only has a 10th of the choices it once did. Please send us back to the app before the latest update.
Bugs
I absolutely love my sprocket printer. However lately I have noticed that the app bugs out a little? I’ll go to create a collage in the app and it refuses to let me edit my pictures. I also can only move them once or have to restart.

Location demands
Unfortunately, if you don’t agree to giving the app the “full experience” by giving it location access and a few other things, it’s pretty useless. It shouldn’t have that kind of dependency just to work. Sick of these companies “demanding” telemetry or not letting you use their apps otherwise. Will likely return the product because of this.
