Terrible Experience
Device has never successfully connected to the app. The doesnt turn on without using the hardware reset pin. The app has bad anti patterns asking for access to photos, location, camera, etc., with no option to skip. Avoid.

Great, but costly
I really enjoy the HP sprocket, especially for my reading journal. However the paper, since it has to be the HP Sprocket paper gets expensive. That being said, I do appreciate that you can print collages, so I can get more pictures printed per page.

I seriously am so happy with my sprocket. It has given me so many hours of creating and the possibilities are endless. I also love the updates and free upgrades. Thank you!

Easiest mini photo printer! I’ve been loving it for my junk/ sticker journals. I love taking pictures so a mini printer is a must. I also love how PORTABLE it is! It literally fits in your pocket!
Awesome printer
I bought at least 3 of these printers so far this is the best of the 3. Prints clear good quality pictures. Really nice frame selection. Don't waist money on cheaper printers this one does it all!! A+
Updates needed
Regular single phot print is very convenient and seamless. However, the collage option is very inconvenient and clunky. There’s no 90 degree turn option, so I have to manually turn it and it gets tricky to turn 90 degree. Also, if I make a little mistake while turning, it resets. No option for borders, either. I sometimes have to make a collage from other app and print it as a single photo.

Keeps closing and shutting down
Sometimes it works really well but then other times it will just disconnects and it won’t pull up the picture. Closing the app and then opening it again doesn’t work either. There really is not a solution to fixing it when this happens other than waiting for a while. So it’s kind of annoying and the connectivity problem needs to be fixed.

I use it often but some app issues
Ive had the sprocket for a few years now. It prints photos well however sometimes the photos print with a pink-tint and doesn’t always represent colours in my phone. Also sometimes my app freezes or kicks me out when I use it. However I will continue to use the sprocket because I have it and I only use it for journaling so it’s not a massive deal to me.

app keeps crashing, sprocket heats up after each picture, it's not even an old printer i just got it. i print the picture and it prints off center cutting off half of it. so not well calibrated
