I love Chatbooks!
The app is mostly very easy to use and the pricing for photo books is very competitive. I love that they still offer a 366-page book and have introduced flat pricing based on size and number of pages. I think my only stressor is that during your book set up, it can be very fiddly to move pages around using the click and drag method in the app, and I don’t love that it rearranges stuff that I’ve pre-sorted before uploading so that I’m forced to do it again in the app.
But overall, it’s very simple and the quality of the Classic Harcover books is amazing. Beautiful color, heavy page stock. I love these books.

I love Chatbooks! It is something that I look forward to every month. I print my son's pictures and ours every month and also printed photos from years back. I love that I can write the caption for each picture and make it more personal.
Most reliable
I’ve been a customer since 2015 and EVERY SINGLE camping trip I have Chatbooks print me a photo book to add to my collection. It’s something that really makes me and my family happy. Not to mention watching my kids grow up through the lens of vacations is pretty sick.
Also- the ONE TIME since 2015- that I had a little issue and needed a little help- chatbooks fixed it for me right away.
