Dates on binder
I love Chatbooks! My one suggestion would be to add the date/year to the binder side and the front/spine of each book, so you can easily tell which book it is when they’re stacked together on a bookshelf.

This app used to be amazing. I loved it. My last two books were delivered completely destroyed. They literally had burn marks in them and they were bent. They also took away the feature where you could have a different image on the cover then what’s inside the book. I feel like that was a very dumb move on their part because now I have a duplicate photo on the cover and in the book. I’ve been using this since I had my first child, he is now going to be seven in December and as soon as my second child turns five I’ll be canceling my subscription. The quality of books has gone down. The state of shipping has gone down and removing the ability to not have a duplicate photo is a tacky cash grab. They don’t stand by their shipping policy when something arrives damaged. I tried to get help and the woman was very rude to me and told me it was the postal services issue.

Lost credits
The little books are great but make sure you use all your credits before you cancel a subscription because you will lose any unused credits. Basically have them $80 for free which yea is my fault but they should still honor the credits!!

Glitches constantly
I love these books but this app drives me insane. It glitches and closes constantly, it is so tedious that you have to click so many buttons to just add a photo. It should be a lot more user friendly. Also we need more options for collage configurations. Most photos are 4x6, not squares.

Finally getting photos out of my phone -EASILY
I’ve been putting off printing out trips and baby photos because it’s all felt overwhelming. Chatbooks has features that make it surprisingly easy to put books together in 20 minutes or less. I’ve already ordered five from them since signing up a week ago!

Such a great app- easy to use and helps us document all our great times instead of having them buried in my camera roll hoping I will someday get to organizing them. With their curation service it takes almost no time to create the books with your best photos. Plus each finalized book generates a mini movie that’s easy to share as a bonus. Absolutely love it.

We have recently begun printing pics again, after losing nearly a decade of memories to social media posts. With Chatbooks, I have an entire year of high quality books that are out on end tables or coffee table to share with friends and family or just relive the moment myself. LOVE! I’ll keep an active subscription, and I’m going to purchase one for my daughter so she can make her own.

This is my 8th book and the previous seven I worked diligently to develop. This time I entrusted a designer at Chatbooks to develop for me. She did an amazing, beautiful job and well worth the very small fee.

I’ve order a few books from you and all have been great quality! I recently did a memory book for a pet and it was so stunning! The hardcovers are beautiful! The picture quality is stunning! Everything you do for it is amazing work! I love how it gives you information if the picture quality is poor, so it can be fixed! The price is amazing! Always look out for offers to use! The time frame for it to be done and sent to you is fast! I actually received by book within days and I was told it be over a week! Was shocked to come home and see it delivered, yes I knew it would come that day of delivery but was still shocked to see it so soon! I’m shipping the memory book overseas to a family and I’m excited to see their thoughts on it! Thank you Chatbooks for allowing memories to live on forever!
