Outstanding program
My 14 yr old son, 140 lbs, soccer player did the 12 week strength plan. His gains were incredible and he transformed physiologically. At the end of the program, he squatted 250 lbs, benched 120 lbs and dead lifted 215 lbs for 5 RM.
