Needs more work
Safe to say that app is pretty frustrating at times. A lot of times. Definitely created for more than just the everyday consumer and it shows. I’d say to anyone new to it that you need to take the time to create the schedules, but I’d like to get a notification from app when schedule changes eg: I’d like to know if the heaters turning on for those times I might’ve forgotten changing schedules for if your running late or your not coming home so you can turn it off ect save that electricity

Worst app on the AppStore?
It’s hard to explain how bad this app is in words, but I’ll try.
You want to just add a heater that you can control? Nope first you need to add a site. Now you have your site, add a zone, once you have your zone in your site now add your product to your zone.
Now that you’ve gone through that, let’s say you want to have it just turn on at 5am and off at 7am. Sorry you will need to create a complex schedule mon-sun and then adding that from schedule to your zone maybe idfk.
So ok your heater is on and you want to set a timer to just turn it off in a couple hours? Nope you gotta go back to schedule hell.
Spare yourself the pain of using this app, if you need to build fire for heat, do that as the pain you will suffer will be negligible compared to the pain of using this app

Status Lights Annoying
Heater works great however it is very annoying that you can not turn off the status lights at night. Why do I need status lights when trying to sleep and glowing in a dark room

Was working fine but a few wks ago the app stopped working, I reinstalled the app and then it worked fine for about 2wks and now the same thing has happened again only I now can’t login to the app, I keep getting the same error msg saying something went wrong try again !!! This extremely annoying particularly during the winter months

При потере связи wifi конвектор автоматически сбрасывает на режим away.
Мало функций в приложении. Автоматизация только по времени суток.

Пока это невменяемое приложение. Неудобно, непонятно, а я обычно с техникой дружу, но тут сделано «на отвали». Печально.
Doesn’t connect
Bought a new heater and downloaded this app, doesn’t find heater and now the heater doesn’t have the scheduler as it’s connected to this app, so heater is totally useless, taking it back to the shop
Horrible app
This app offers an awful user experience. Temperature changes will revert when trying to lower or increase it. Sometimes it would suddenly go into the default away schedule which is 7 degrees. Very frustrating!!
All Good So Far
Just had a radiator installed in our small office and installed the app to run it. It was fairly straight forward although a more complete set of instructions specific to the radiator model would probably help those not technically/computer minded. The app itself is handy as we can set the radiator to come on before my colleague starts work and turn it off just before i leave. We can set it for both our work schedules as we work posting shifts and the app facilitates this.

Terrible app
Never experienced such a bad UI. Forces you to put your heaters on a schedule, with no way to delete the schedules. The moment you link your heater to the app it removes some functionality to manually control from the heater itself. I will be unlinking my heater and deleting this app immediately.
A perfectly terrible App
All I want is to schedule heating from 20:00 to 07:40 – a perfectly normal overnight schedule. But the app can’t handle the fact that the end time is the next day, claiming the ‘end time comes before the start time.’ That’s a basic failure in design.

Can’t even sign in
Goes around in circles. Tried everything, different emails, names. ‘Unable to verify details’, even when attempting to create a new account. Says my number is in the system even though I have never used this app. How are we even meant to use the heater now? Who do you even contact to get help?

Poor app and navigation
Not intuitive. Heater constantly turns off due to default settings - despite changing.

When Bad is just Bad
I hoped to see a positive review hoping to find a good thing I missed. Your App is so bad I’m broken inside. I cannot reconcile the life time warranty and how impossible it is to get it to work well. It is over heating rooms at 18 degrees meaning it does not have a reliable thermostat.
I cannot set anything logical with the app. The schedule does not work. I cannot easily set time limit and it only switches off to 7degrees. It’s hard to compared it to my Dyson heater and purifier- I now understand why. Was this developed by high school kids?
The bad:
I cannot schedule anything event though the option is there
I cannot set a time to turn it off
It does not seem to have a thermostat so the rooms overheat
Not child friendly - the top part of the heater gets soo hot
I cannot access the frequently asked (FAQs) in the app. The page does not load.

I managed to connect three heaters to the app reasonably well , but it’s not as easy or intuitive.
I can reduce heat and chose modes.

Never had issues like the others described. I have a Noirot panel heater

the app now doesn’t even let you log in. it asks you to choose which country you’re in, and when you do, it boots you back to the start of the login process. very cool. and since the heater firmware’s been updated, now there’s no way to turn my heater on without it randomly turning off again. very cool! thanks guys.

app used to work just fine. now they’ve updated it so you can’t opt out of schedules and you can’t turn the damn heater on normally without the app. you have to go in, click on the zone, click on the area, ACTIVATE the schedule, OVERRIDE the schedule, and THEN you’re allowed to turn the heater on choose a temperature. please note that because it’s on a schedule it will turn itself off when it feels like it and you’ll have to go through the whole process all over again. why the hell would you change it to be like this? it’s infuriating. i paid for this product and it was good at the time. and they pushed out an app and firmware update that made it unreliable, cumbersome, and time consuming. last time i buy any IOT trash

Awful app. Very poor user experience. Terrible interface. Unable to control heating
Instructions to set up were unhelpful- took multiple attempts before able to set up.
Then after I went away, the app stopped working, and unable to control heater using schedule.
Followed troubleshooting advice - reconnecting wifi, tells me I’ve successfully reconnected, but NOT actually connected.
Deleted app and reinstalled app just now, and am unable to login (blank landing page).
Does anyone maintain this app?

Can’t connect
The app goes round in circles cannot connect to apple Bluetooth, taking this heater back to the shop.
