Malfunctioning app
I’ve made a payment towards my account via the app and haven’t been able to log in and confirm payment and the app keeps “loading” for hours on end with no success or update. This is very disappointing
.
Everytime i put in my ID its says not recognized like?really this is not acceptable like at all.
Require ID number
In what world does an app need your ID number? So dodge! Also when you put in you ID then say it is not recognized then you must call them. Not worth the hassle or time. Skip

Please change the authentication process
I am yet to pay another month my Cape Union Mart account and again I still cannot login. I put in the pin. It shows authentication process ask to reply '1' but then it just says 'Authentication process denied' this is now the 3rd month. You previous auth method worked please test the app or we will have to report it to apple as a app that don't work.

Useless app as it’s for account holders only and can not open app if you don’t have account number.

Terrible app.... the moment you login, it kicks you out within a second.

About 10seconds after initial login the app crashes. I see my account details and then -crash. You guys might need to look into this problem.

The app used to work well but the last 2 months when i open it, it shuts/close down immediately??? Can’t get into app to view statements etc.... very annoying
Can not even register on the app
Enter card no and telephone number and moment you say register app just closes. Cannot access the app at all.
Same with the internet banking, keeps telling me my account number (reference number) is incorrect. This has been since forever.

Downloaded the mobile application put my account number and Mobile number in once u click register the application automatically closes ? Please help

This is a useless app, it crashes every time I try to login.
Registration Update Process
Loaded the App. It tells me that they have Updated their Registration Process, asks for card no and cell number, then I get an Error Message ...... Saying ....... trying to register when already registered, one Vicious Circle! The Exact Same problem occurs when trying to open the Makro App..... RCS YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!
