Malfunctioning app

I’ve made a payment towards my account via the app and haven’t been able to log in and confirm payment and the app keeps “loading” for hours on end with no success or update. This is very disappointing

Require ID number

In what world does an app need your ID number? So dodge! Also when you put in you ID then say it is not recognized then you must call them. Not worth the hassle or time. Skip

Please change the authentication process

I am yet to pay another month my Cape Union Mart account and again I still cannot login. I put in the pin. It shows authentication process ask to reply '1' but then it just says 'Authentication process denied' this is now the 3rd month. You previous auth method worked please test the app or we will have to report it to apple as a app that don't work.
