Needs work
Its nice that theres an app but theres definitely some glitches in it. You can sign in fine but the letters don't show when you type. And the website and app both are very uninformative about 1) the knowledge about going from fex pay to this... and 2) information about past payments (before using this portal) and details about the interest accruing and things like that...
Its just this whole thing leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention you have to sign in physically every time... doesn't take advantage of thumbprint of face id or anything. Its not much of an improvement over just bookmarking the website on your phone...

Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work.. I tried signing up but when I type nothing is going in the box it’s just blank spaces so it’s unusable for sure !!!

With the introduction of the app, we've changed to a new payment portal. You will need to click "Sign Up Here" within the app to register. If you don't have your loan number, please call our office to obtain it. We apologize for the confusion during this transition.
