Useless

Never worked! I had to install Android version on an old Xiaomi since the Apple version never worked. Shame on both Advanzia and Apple to authorize such an App.

Doesn’t work at all

You can enter all your data. That’s it.

Useless

Absolutely useless. Can’t register for the app but can get online via the web.

You need a new app, and new developers

I tried using the app in 2022, 2023, and 2024, but it still doesn't work. I get the SMS code, enter my username and password, but then it just loads forever. It's hard to believe a bank could make such a useless app. You really need to invest in development. It might be best to start fresh with a new app—and not with the same developers. With six months and €600,000, you could fix this. Plus, a small ongoing dev team for €20,000 a month should do it. You're a financial institution; please spend the money. Your user interface is outdated and the worse UX EVER. Invest in your product, please. The CEO should resign, along with the CTO. NO excuses.

Account set up and no access

I set up my account and I can’t access the app. Customer support told me there is no problem when clearly there is. They also state the app is called Advanzia, this is the only advanzia app that comes up when you search that. It’s clearly called Capitol. I can’t be bothered to call again so I guess I’ll use the online portal
