Password
Just spent about 20 minutes, putting in a strong password. The app does not let me view the password that I have put in so when I’m confirming it if I have any typos, I don’t know what they are. When putting in 20+ random characters, it is easy to make a typo.

I have to use my laptop because every single time I log in on the app, it tells me I have successfully logged out. Have reinstalled repeatedly.

I’m very upset with the newest update, as it said my phone will now not support the app! I have an older phone, but I should still be able to access my money/accounts without having to buy a new phone! VERY Disappointed! My other banks update still works, so it’s Just the Cap Fed TruBlue app update. Infuriating.

Olathe staff
I have been so impressed with the knowledge, patience, & teamwork the Olathe branch staff at SF & 35hwy have repeatedly shown! My bank visits usually involve questions to problem solve complex circumstances, transfers, mailed receipts & often result in lengthy sessions at the window. Staff are always polite, calm, & never present as inconvenienced or critical. This branch has several staff that have been there for years, & always smiling faces. Thank you for always making my sensitive banking go smoothly!

Finally we have iPad support! I don’t like keeping financial apps on my phone, in case it’s targeted by scammers or stolen, so I do most of my financial transactions on my iPad. Having a tiny phone app on my tablet was ridiculous! Forcing me to do a web page on my phone was always inconvenient and not the best user experience. Should have had this a long time ago!
Now if we could set the default search time for transactions to what I want, instead of just the past month, then it might actually be useful.

Update is awful
Yet again, a new update to the app doesn’t allow you to sign in with your username and password and you get an error. This happened all of the time in the past.
Okay this is terrible. There is no option for Zelle anymore on my app
I can’t find Zelle icon anymore on my app. Please fix this asap

Face ID doesn’t work. Can’t put in exact amounts for transactions from one account to the other. I thinks it’s time to update the app guys

App always says error and to call the support desk. Support desk is barely open. App is slow and barely accessible.
