Worthless

Absolutely worthless app. Action item showing overdue plate registration despite having paid in 2025 on time due to issuance of newly redesigned Personalized plates. Then the even more worthless chatbot can’t locate my registration. No way to clear the “Action Item” that’s incorrect, can’t find info via plate, no way to look up vehicle by VIN. Completely. Worthless.

Cheapest option to order birth certificate. Unable to verify my entity through the app? I’ve answered all of the personal questions correctly. What a shame.

Worthless

You could not find a more useless app if you tried. You get the renewal application in the mail and it has all of your info on it, you plug it into the app to renew your plates and it can’t find your vehicle no matter what search criteria you plug into it, not with the pin that they send you, not with your license plate number, not your VIN. EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE USING THE EXACT DATA THAT THEY HAVE ON FILE.
