Legal Federal ID rejected for KYC/AML
I have perfectly legal Brazilian Permanent Resident ID issued by Federal Police. But that’s not good for Capitual, whilst incredibly insecure paper ID issued by any state of the nation is just fine. What is the purpose of developing an app in English, distributing it through US app store and sending out weekly marketing emails in English if LEGAL foreigners in Brazil are not welcome? Just stick to Português and Brazilian app store…

There isn’t anywhere in settings that has an option for switching the language in the app to English
