Used to work
The app used to work. I got a new phone and now it won’t pair with the probe. It was never great to begin with, but this was the final straw. Going in the trash tonight.
Older version was better
I just started smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving and my app had offloaded. The new version installed and only shows overall temp. Useless now. Need to have my alarms and recommend temps back

Time calculation not working
The time estimate does not work, always saying it will take less than a minute to cook, regardless of whether the item is room temperature or nearly done. Thankfully, the alarm works, but only when the app is open.

Disappointed
After an upgrade the estimated time to completion always says <1 minute. Also needs a way to auto shut off. Goes through batteries so quickly if you don’t manually power it down after each use.
