We love the beans
My friend group has been using this app for almost 5 years! We listen to them on our way to work and it’s a nice way to keep in touch when we’re spread all over the state and only get to see each other a few times a year.
Best app for long distance friendships!!!
All my best friends from college live across the country and because of this app I’m able to hear from them every day it’s my own personal podcast of my favorite people on the Earth. Highly recommend this app if you want to hear from the best of friends every day.
Love this app but it could use some upgrades!
I’ve been using this app with my best friends for YEARS. It keeps us connected in each other’s day to day and we are so grateful it exists. I do think there are a few updates it could use, like being able to save certain audio, being able to go back further in conversations, and sometime it just generally gets a little glitchy but otherwise love the app!

Signed me out and can’t get help
After using the app for many years to stay in touch with my friends, the app signed me out and for the life of me I can’t sign back in. When I try to log in, it asks to verify my number. Sometimes I get a code and sometimes I don’t. When I do, however, it says the code is invalid (IT’S NOT! - copied straight from my messages). I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING to rectify this. Deleted and reinstalled the app, typed the code instead of coping, used a referral link, made a new account (tired 2 different emails and still get invalid codes when I in inevitably have to verify my number). I’ve emailed for help but not response.

I loved this app it was my absolute favorite but now I can’t even sign up bc it always shows a red text reading “invalid phone number” when I put my phone number in to receive a code and I don’t get a code

A family staple
This is a great help with staying in touch with my family. Setting up phone calls can be difficult so it’s nice to be able to record a little blurb about my day and hear how my family’s doing.

Unable to create account
After trying so much to create account with a valid phone number it always tells invalid phone number please solve this issue
Waste of time
Verification of phone number just doesn’t work don’t know if it’s my country or just a bug, spent about half an hour getting frustrated at the thing until I just gave up and deleted it which was annoying because I now can’t use the platform that my friends are using to catch up.
It’s alright
I like cappuccino for staying in contact with my friends and family and I like the idea of sending little beans to them but I think that we should be able to open more than one bean a day without getting premium
Not supporting users from Taiwan
I’m trying to connect with my friends in Taiwan but their phone numbers are not applicable. Perhaps the system has error? Please fix this problem
I am unable to create an account
Please help me out, I am very fascinated to use this platform, but whenever I try to make a new account, it says my phone number is wrong, when I am trying to verify my number to create my account. please advise.
Enjoyable but Confusing
I was excited to try Cappuccino because it seemed like a fun and cute way to stay in touch with friends. The concept is great, and I love being able to leave audio notes for my friends to listen to when they have time. The interface is playful and enjoyable to interact with, which adds to the charm of the app.
That said, I find the app a bit confusing to use. Maybe it’s just me, but it’s hard to tell what I have and haven’t listened to yet. The way everything is organized feels a little unclear, making it tricky to navigate. I’m not sure exactly how it could be improved, but I hope the developers continue refining the experience because the idea itself is fantastic, and I’d love to keep using it.
On the bright side, the creators clearly have a strong creative vision—the app is visually appealing and fun to engage with. With some usability improvements, it could be even better!

Good but has problems
I used to love this app, but I recently got logged out of my account and can’t log back in due to a buggy phone number verification system. The issue is made worse by the lack of a clear way to contact support. There’s no visible email or help centre, the only thing I’ve found is their Twitter page that hasn’t been active since 2022. Frustrating experience with no clear resolution in sight

Needs tweaks
This app is a great idea but it needs some updates.
1. You should be able to comment on cappuccinos without pausing the recording.
2. You should also be able to change the music which accompanies the recordings.
With these tweaks, I’d bump it up to 5 stars
