Great for keeping in touch!!
I am in a Cappuccino group of 3 who find it very easy to keep in touch using this format. We share pictures and the highlights from our day, new books that we’ve read, thoughts on politics, and struggles we might be facing. I feel heard and supported using Cappuccino. I highly recommend this app as a good way to quickly share updates, thoughts and events.

Backbone of my friendships
I just want to tell the app developers that my best friends and I have used this app for the last ~4 years every single day and we would be lost without it.
We are so grateful to you for making this app - it’s kept us all in touch as we live in seperate cities and having daily check in means we know so much about their mundane things of each others lives. We talk about work, relationships, parenting, EVERYTHING on cappuccino, it’s our favourite app ❤️

We love the beans
My friend group has been using this app for almost 5 years! We listen to them on our way to work and it’s a nice way to keep in touch when we’re spread all over the state and only get to see each other a few times a year.

Ich nutze die App gemeinsam mit meinen Freundinnen seit einigen Jahren und wir lieben sie total. In letzter Zeit häufen sich jedoch immer mehr Probleme. Zum einen hat IOS Funktionen die es für Android nicht gibt, aber auch umgekehrt. Zusätzlich stürzt die App immer häufiger ab, Nachrichten müssen mehrfach aufgenommen werden, um am Ende trotzdem nicht abgespielt werden zu können.
Ich finde es sehr schade, da ich finde, dass die App super Potenzial bietet, vor allem für long distance Freunde.
Das letzte Update ist mittlerweile auch mindestens ein Jahr her.. Wenn sich in Zukunft nichts ändert, werden wir uns wohl oder übel nach einer Alternative umschauen müssen…

Best app for long distance friendships!!!
All my best friends from college live across the country and because of this app I’m able to hear from them every day it’s my own personal podcast of my favorite people on the Earth. Highly recommend this app if you want to hear from the best of friends every day.
Love this app but it could use some upgrades!
I’ve been using this app with my best friends for YEARS. It keeps us connected in each other’s day to day and we are so grateful it exists. I do think there are a few updates it could use, like being able to save certain audio, being able to go back further in conversations, and sometime it just generally gets a little glitchy but otherwise love the app!

Signed me out and can’t get help
After using the app for many years to stay in touch with my friends, the app signed me out and for the life of me I can’t sign back in. When I try to log in, it asks to verify my number. Sometimes I get a code and sometimes I don’t. When I do, however, it says the code is invalid (IT’S NOT! - copied straight from my messages). I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING to rectify this. Deleted and reinstalled the app, typed the code instead of coping, used a referral link, made a new account (tired 2 different emails and still get invalid codes when I in inevitably have to verify my number). I’ve emailed for help but not response.

I loved this app it was my absolute favorite but now I can’t even sign up bc it always shows a red text reading “invalid phone number” when I put my phone number in to receive a code and I don’t get a code

A family staple
This is a great help with staying in touch with my family. Setting up phone calls can be difficult so it’s nice to be able to record a little blurb about my day and hear how my family’s doing.

Waste of time
Verification of phone number just doesn’t work don’t know if it’s my country or just a bug, spent about half an hour getting frustrated at the thing until I just gave up and deleted it which was annoying because I now can’t use the platform that my friends are using to catch up.
It’s alright
I like cappuccino for staying in contact with my friends and family and I like the idea of sending little beans to them but I think that we should be able to open more than one bean a day without getting premium
