App doesn’t work and customer service is terrible
Not user friendly, all their AI edits does is increasing the speed of video and adding captions in different fonts in a way it doesn’t make sense and covers important pictures and videos! Terrible customer service and no refund when I requested it after a few days of unsuccessful trying! Such a waste of $70 !

This app is freaking awesome to train for your clipping .
Absolutely not worth it.
Honestly, this app was a huge disappointment. The fact that you have to subscribe upfront without being able to properly try the app first is already a major red flag.
And after subscribing, the actual experience didn’t come close to my expectations. The AI editing is nowhere near as impressive as the marketing makes it look, and the results were often disappointing and frustrating.
I expected a powerful AI video editor. Instead, I felt like I paid just to discover that the app wasn’t what I was looking for.
No proper free trial + expensive subscription + underwhelming results = definitely not worth it.
I would strongly recommend adding a genuine free trial. Let people actually test the app before asking them to pay. Otherwise, it feels like users are being asked to take a gamble with their money.

Too expensive
Way too expensive for the average person to afford. It sounds like a great app but I didn’t get to try because its price is unaffordable. I deleted it. I guess I’ll be continuing to do manual editing.

Love this app when it first came out then it changed into what it is now. Entirely too expensive. It cost as much as 2 apps a month in this economy is ridiculous. I will stick with an app where I can pay a one time fee.

C’est nul, les captions ne load pas, ça ne coupe pas les blank même si ça dit que ça le fait, ça load pas le 4K, ça consomme des crédits même avec la version payante. Vraiment nul pour 35$/mois.

Long time ago, I used to think about if I ever had the opportunity to go ahead and put like sound effects or any type of cinematic or suspenseful dramatic sound clips to kind of enhance the experience for the viewing audience and I could be so creative with this this is satisfying

Trying to gen an avatar stops at 90%. This is one of the most basic functions of this app!
BEWARE: Charged me for 4 months after cancellation
Update: after back and forth they refunded me 3 months. I had all the proof with screenshots that I was ok the free version
I had canceled my subscription on the app and my app showed me that I was on the Free level with no paid subscription. Upon checking my accounts I found out that they have been charging me for 4 months while my app showed no active subscriptions. I have photos of my account showing I had no active subscription. And that I was on their FREE plan. The minute I raised the question through their chat and email - within 2 hours my app started showing I am on MAX level. I have time stamped photos to prove them wrong.

Disappointing
I’ve been using to add a voice over and after generate the captions. The app stops a lot the options of move the captions and separate the phrases and emphasize the words. Took me soo much time for such a simple change. Disappointing, because isn’t not free and either excellent. :/
