Paying for a Subscription, but the background removal Issue Is Still NOT Fixed
I am paying for a Captions subscription, yet I still cannot properly use one of the main features I need: background removal.
When I first edit a video, the background removal can work perfectly. But after closing the app and reopening the project, the cutout becomes inaccurate, starts detecting objects behind me, and ruins the entire edit.
I have contacted support multiple times. Finally, I was specifically told that the problem was fixed and resolved, that I could continue editing, and they thanked me for contacting them.
But nothing is fixed. The exact same problem is still happening.
What makes this especially frustrating is that this is a paid subscription. I am spending money on this service but cannot reliably use the feature I am paying for. I have also wasted a lot of time repeatedly editing videos only to have the background removal ruined again.
If an issue is still happening, please don’t tell paying customers that it has been “resolved.” At this point, I don’t understand what I am paying the subscription fee for.

I tried 1 month today but still its offering another promo
Have paid the 1 month but i dont understand why i cant export the video with out availing another offer. This is not good.

Not user friendly lots of back n forth. Can’t view sample before it creates there is a lot of missing features definitely not what the ads described…. I wand my $30 back honestly. Not worth it
