I've requested a refund 3 times purchased this app on accident mistakenly for another app and they don't respond I don't even get an email verification after submitting a refund request.

App Does Not Work Properly
I downloaded the app and it let me try a one minute video clip. It seemed to work well, so I subscribed to the $10 plan. Once I paid for it, I tried to upload a 10 minute video. It would not render the 10 minute video, so I split the video in half. It rendered the 5 minute segments, but I had to work on fixing some of the captions. After that, I downloaded it to my phone. Once downloaded though, the video was sideways and the captions were to the side so that you would have to watch the video sideways in order to read the captions. I have asked for a refund, but now my App Store is on hold and I have been unable to resolve the issue.

Contacted support over a week ago no response
I like the app but everytime l save a video it flips the video sideways which defeats the purpose of what I’m trying to do. I need to either figure out why or get a refund. I contacted support so many times without anything back

Thanks for your feedback! Just wanted to let you know that we've sorted out the color interface issue you pointed out in Update 1.3. You should be able to pick colors without any problems now.
