Have used this app for a few years now and was delighted with it. Until I opened it one day and found ALL my photos gone. Photos it had taken me a long time to collect. Naturally i contacted to support who then asked me for my device and operating system. I supplied these and have not heard from them since, despite a reminder email. So my faith is gone.

Do not use this app it is unreliable and I lost my documents. The customer support is horrible. They have not resolved my issue. Please be warned
