Not very accessible for voiceover users.
The buttons for the tabs are unlabeled unless the button is selected. Reading order is extremely confusing for someone using voiceover. When I tried to login without using an email link, if I tried to type the name of my property in the box, the options that came up as I typed would disappear before I could actually click on them. Accessibility was not considered in the development of this app, as far as I can tell. That is too bad.

Good but needs improvements
Overall, I like the idea of this app. It’s simple and user friendly. I love that you can earn points for rewards. Some things that need to be improved:
1. The app forces me to login via a login link sent to my email. I feel like the app should have a typical username/password login page.
2. The app shows an inaccurate “verified resident since” date. My lifetime points are definitely wrong too.
3. My anniversary points have been “arriving shortly” for quite a while which is strange.
