App just keeps getting better
Fantastic Equipment and Good App!
I recently had a Capture System installed at my gas station and I am very happy with the product and the app. The picture of the cameras looks very clear and high quality. The NVR is very easy to learn and use. I also like the app because it is easy to view my cameras without being at the station. Highly recommend Capture ADV!

Not worth it
Live view works sometimes. Playback doesn’t work at all. The app is severely lacking.
Not a very good App
The App does not support a lot of accounts. The accounts starts to go dark until the App is closed and reopened. It’s hard for playback because the App keeps dropping off and going dark signaling offline, but aren’t offline).
Terrible
Stay away at all costs.
Horrible interface
Would not recommend. Stick to the name brands such as Ring, Lorex etc . This is a terrible interface and product

I didn’t pick the Capture Advance setup but I’m the one that is having to monitor it and this app is awful. It doesn’t work half the time and when it does it’s so glitchy. I use Reolink and home and it’s light years ahead of this system.
Complete crap!
Rip it out and use some thing else!

The worst security camera ever
This system is horrible so if you read anything in this review just know that! That being said ..
1. Working this from your phone (IPhone 14) is a joke. There is limited playback features and it glitches all the time. It also boots you out after watching a playback video in a few minutes.
2. There is no indication if there was any motion that the camera picks up activity on the timeline review. So unless you know specifically when something occurred be prepared to watch a lot of video
3. You can only fast forward 2x the speed .. which is still slooooww when watching hours of film trying to find when something occurred
4. I could go on and on but hope you get the point.

Just Won’t Work
It is horrible at connecting both with WiFi or 5G.
Get another camera
Tried to use this app to remote view a capture camera. It is absolutely the most frustrating and ancient app. It is not easy to use and the camera itself is difficult to setup. Other manufacturers I can connect a camera to the app and remote view in minutes. An hour later I’m wondering how to return this camera. There is limited support for this product line.

Terrible
Huge step in the wrong direction. Horrible interface, terrible camera playback sync, confusing menus, not intuitive at all, analytics and notifications work - rarely. The previous generation was miles beyond this garbage. Not to mention no desktop application or VMS. Will not purchase Capture ADV again.
