Amazing app - amazing cameras
I’ve had my Turing system for over a year! Being able to send footage to anyone from the cloud is a fantastic feature. The AI is too notch and searching capability is unreal, cannot wait to see how they continue to grow this amazing product!
Horrible
The app is insanely glitchy. Works 20% of the time. God forbid you need to download footage for any reason. 0/10 would not recommend.
On-off
There should be a way to turn off/on individual cameras from the phone app itself, with the click of a button. Right now you have to log into the site & do this, which is cumbersome & can take several minutes.
Update 4.26.4 Broke the App
After the latest update, I have three separate people who cannot access a common NVR. All three of us lost contact at the exact same time, and just realized that there was an update two days ago. It must be app related, because the web client, and the desktop client still work.
Keeps getting better
Turing is at the top of their game. This app is fantastic and only gets better with every update. I highly recommend this to any customer and it proves to be a good application for businesses, homes, schools, large and small.
