Need a fix

On my iPad for about a month now I’ve had to tap three or four times to get the app to load. Today, June 5, 2024. I opened the app and it was in Japanese so I went to my iPhone. It was normal but when I went back to my iPad, everything has been deleted from it I am how to sign on everything gone. can you fix this please? Thank you.
