App crash with audio
Every time I’m using the live view function and using the built-in microphone of the camera to hear, audio, the App will crash. Needs to be fixed!!!

AT&T had an outage and I thought it was the app but it wasn’t. It was AT&T everything running perfectly love the app five stars
Need a fix
On my iPad for about a month now I’ve had to tap three or four times to get the app to load. Today, June 5, 2024. I opened the app and it was in Japanese so I went to my iPhone. It was normal but when I went back to my iPad, everything has been deleted from it I am how to sign on everything gone. can you fix this please? Thank you.

Why did my app suddenly stop working this afternoon? It keeps saying I'm offline but I am not. Please help or put out a fix for this!
Doesn't work more than it does.
Most of the time when accessing the cams. It either stays on the streaming the stops with error code. Or it goes to decoding 95 % and then error code. Kind of useless in my opinion.
