Unprofessional services, very disappointing
Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a scheduled session with Capturely and waited over 10 minutes with no photographer joining. I called three times before anyone answered, only to be told that their only West Coast photographer had a family emergency 10 minutes earlier.
I received no email, no text, no notification whatsoever before or during my session. I had already put in significant time and effort preparing for this headshot.
Emergencies happen, but the lack of communication and backup is unacceptable for a paid professional service. Very disappointing.

Poor photos, no responses
You will get the same quality, or maybe better photos, taking a selfie on your iPhone. Also, they say they offer one round of light retouches but never respond to requests. A waste of money
Great solution
Very easy way to get headshots while working remotely. The photographer over the phone was very nice and easy to work with.
Completely distorts you
Only use if you need them to add 20 pounds to your face!
Quick and Easy
I had to do a headshot for my company and it was very easy to book an appointment. The day of my appointment, the photos were taken within 10 minutes. The person taking my photos was super pleasant to work with and just made the whole experience easy. I got my proofs the next day which looked great. There’s also an option if you wanted to have them edited, I highly recommend them.
