Unusable
I tried many times to use this app. Every time i would go through the trouble of designing the frame, click add to cart, and it would take me to an empty cart. I finally went to the actual website and tried it, and it worked first time. The website is also more user friendly and looks much better. Honestly, it made me want to just use a different service altogether.

Good service, terrible app
I really love this service and not having to go to a store to get things framed, but this app is so unbelievably slow and the options for notes and customization feel limited for what they are offering, but most just update this, shouldn’t take 30 seconds to load each different frame option.
Glitchy and slow
App puts me in a log in loop of “request code” and “auth denied”. App is slow to load and respond.
Limited functionality
Can’t zoom in to see the details of the frame and can’t adjust the mat width on the app. Wasted time trying to figure it out then just did it on the website.
Can’t select burlwood
The burlwood frames aren’t available through the app and the website is glitching when I try to upload my photo. Hope they fix asap
