Good service, terrible app
I really love this service and not having to go to a store to get things framed, but this app is so unbelievably slow and the options for notes and customization feel limited for what they are offering, but most just update this, shouldn’t take 30 seconds to load each different frame option.
Glitchy and slow
App puts me in a log in loop of “request code” and “auth denied”. App is slow to load and respond.
Limited functionality
Can’t zoom in to see the details of the frame and can’t adjust the mat width on the app. Wasted time trying to figure it out then just did it on the website.
Can’t select burlwood
The burlwood frames aren’t available through the app and the website is glitching when I try to upload my photo. Hope they fix asap
Great service. App needs help
Loading frames on iOS takes so long and you dont know when the rest are loading. You don’t need to render my photo on the frame until I click into the frame! Should help cache. Thanks.

payment part of the app super clunky
to have developed an app with a payment section as buggy and cumbersome as this is mind blowing. whole thing needs to be retooled. maybe check out shop pay as an option?
Like Framebridge, just not the app
I’ve framed several pieces using Framebridge and like the ease and quality. Usually I use my laptop though because the app can be annoying/difficult to use if you want to browse frames.
Can’t remove item from cart
With the current version of the app, there is no way for me to remove an item from my cart. Even uninstalled & re-installed the app & its still there. So, I will have to use a different framing service.
Easy. Swift. Quality
I love this company. Framing from my living room is the best. My art is in the same style or color, and I don't have to worry about the mat color matching. Each piece is saved to pull up as a reference. How easy! My only wish would be for FB to offer preservation/UV protective glass.

Can’t edit cart
Glitches with “line item ID” error on certain frames when adding to cart and the app freezes. Also, can’t edit your cart to remove items??
App doesn’t work
App is buggy and begins looping at the point of selecting a frame…. every time
Great service, terrible app
The frames and customer service are great but the app does not work well at all. I can’t upload images, access frame options, or see my past orders. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded twice to see if I could make it work but it doesn’t
Good but bugs
App looks nice but doesn’t work. I’ve tried a few times to log in to check my order status and all I get is an endless pinwheel that says fetching orders. Needs to be fixed I’m on latest phone and iOS. Logging into website from safari works no problem.
iOS App
The app didn’t allow me to auto populate my address information nor did it allow me to create a password using the iOS password creation wizard. Get this fixed Susan!
No iPad Compatibility
The app itself is decent, but it lacks iPad compatibility, which is somewhat puzzling given how many people use their tablets for photo editing and management. (Though this is just a review for the app, I will also say Framebridge as a service is convenient and excellent.)
They make it impossible to order!!!
It’s absolutely impossible to change my billing address, update credit card info....the most maddening app ever!!!! Crazy....they want you to select a nickname and every choice they say is taken!!!!!!!!
Defaults to square art preview
My app doesn’t allow me to specify height measurements, only width, and then defaults to a square piece of art. This means I can’t complete my purchase through the app and have to redo the process in a web browser when I’ve decided which frame to use. I might as well use the browser to begin with.
App does not work
The app does not work. Has all types of errors. Tried placing an order for months before it worked. Also payment doesn’t let you use existing credit cards - have to manually type it in which is so annoying for this day and age. Framebridge! Cmon!!
